McDonald's — Restaurant in Mount Vernon

I had a very long wait the one that was talking at the window at both windows the employee was I got hot fresh food I don't know why I was waiting when I pulled up there there was nobody at the window then when I asked for ketchup and salt and pepper they couldn't find none this is the Decatur location on 6th Avenue the last few times I've went through their food was either cold the fries were not cold or I've had to sit and wait or upset and wait at the window and had to knock on the window to get somebody to help me their food is going downhill you need to add more to the menu as a simplified menu is not as good for all as some people have different problems. You go there at 10: 11 at night the lights are out sometimes you can't see that it's open to you pull up they're very slow about getting to the window or you pull up from ordering and then you pull up to the next one and they're still talking and still slept I sat and waited my food was getting cold and they finally brought me some ketchup and salt and pepper which was a very nice lady that did that they should have put it in the bag when I asked it you shouldn't have to run all over the store the other times that I've went through I got home and my order wasn't right or it was cold and I drunk drove off and realized it was cold and when I got home they had mayonnaise or had done something wrong or give me...

Well I don't go to a McDonalds very often anymore, since Tyson introduced bug nuggets and such stuff came about, but I do enjoy a clean restroom when traveling, a good cup of coffee (caramel latte for me, black coffee for my hubs) and a good ice cream cone. Sometimes perhaps, a milkshake.

Those are the things we will go to a McDonalds for, especially when traveling.

Well, I guess even McDonald's is realizing that diversification is key to survival, so now they have found a 2ay at the location to bring in a captive client base to help out. They have installed a bus station here for travelers.

Yep...I crap you not...there is really a bus station in operation here at this location. I hope this works for them. I think once it got into full swing operation, however, I would be less likely to go inside and would only order in the drive thru...as the last bus station I ever saw as a little girl, had quite a bit of craziness going on that elevated the crime element. Hopefully, they have found a way to upgrade the experience and make that more like a fast food experience...fast and enjoyable!

I will be watching to see how this works out for them. I imagine other McDonald's locations will...

Took a while to get our order, they are busy, understandable. My problem is, if you’re going to take forever to make and send out your orders, at least be accurate… we were missing 3 orders of nuggets and they put lemons in a tiny cup for my tea but, no large cup. I went to get my large cup and a brunette was very rude to me. Told me there was a cup on my tray and walked off shaking her head. I told her she was welcome to come to my table and check. Then when we realized the nuggets were missing a blonde girl helped me, she was very polite and apologized for the mistake. She is the reason I gave 1 extra star for service. The brunette did eventually apologize and give me a large glass but she really ticked me off accusing me of being a liar. Why am I going to lie about the size of the glass when dining in, could just refill the cup a billion times anyway lol. One star for food because of the nasty fries they gave us that have been on the warmer too long and this location does this often and it’s getting aggravating to be served OLD, crunchy,...
