Just ordered delivery and no where did we say leave at door. The delivery driver left our pizza and bread sticks at the door , didn’t hear even a knock ! We wondered where our food was and I went outside and our food was sitting on the concrete in the cold for lord knows how long. Bread sticks and pizza is cold. Thanks papa John’s. Everything is disgusting and cold. The stuffed crust cheese isn’t even melted

First time ordering from this location. I was able to find a good deal on their website for a 3 topping large, for $11. Placed the order for pick up on their app, I arrived around 15 minutes after, and it was just coming out of the oven. Service was friendly and quick. The pizza was decent, and the sauce/cheese ratio was good. I only wish they added a little more Canadian bacon.

First time ordering from this location. I was able to find a good deal on their website for a 3 topping large, for $11. Placed the order for pick up on their app, I arrived around 15 minutes after, and it was just coming out of the oven. Service was friendly and quick. Really disappointed in this Papa John's location and will not be back, even though I typically enjoy pizza from this chain. I always order extra sauce on my pizza. Even with ordering extra, there is BARELY ANY SAUCE on this pizza! Just cheese on dry bread. I couldn't even eat all of the pizza, it was so bad. It went in the trash.

I even called Papa John's to try to provide this feedback. A not-very-knowledgeable service rep promised a manager would call me within 48 hours. Nope. Never heard anything. Papa John's makes it impossible to provide feedback that they could use to make improvements that would retain customers (I see at least one other review complaining of no sauce). So now this location has permanently...

I was reluctant to order from this location due to all of the negative reviews, but I've had Papa John's pizza in other cities and have always enjoyed it, so I took a risk. I ordered a custom pizza with the Crispy Parm crust and a half cheese, half pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and the garlic parm wings. Everything was hot and delicious and delivered to the house within five minutes of the ETA. Two of my family members have never had Papa John's pizza before and they said it's the best pizza they've ever had. Also, the delivery driver was polite and super friendly. I've worked in the service industry my whole life and am really appreciative of great service. I will definitely order from this...

Literally everything we ordered on our pizza was incorrect. It had no tomato sauce, no onions, no pineapple (we ordered double), spicy sausage (we ordered regular), mushrooms on the whole pizza (we ordered it on half), nothing was as ordered. The “manager”, or as she said “I’m one of them”, said “oh sorry. We will redo it. Just come back.” We live 20-25 minutes away! Then, without taking any information from me, she said she would “credit” our account…really??? Check EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU LEAVE THIS STORE!! Not sure where they are getting their personnel….but they should be able to read an order form! Or at least know that they are making pizza and not just a giant...
