Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Mount Vernon

I must have been there the same day as Cher Stone.. several dirty tables couldn't find anywhere to sit I just sit at a little crooked table salad bar was a big mess.. nobody had stopped it not even bothering to wipe it down.. but they all have plenty of time to stand around in the back talking.. that was last month thought I'd try it again took my kids there today. Salad bar looked a little better. The pizza was good as usual.. when the gentleman brought our pizza to our table today that was cold air blowing on us it's 41 degrees out and it's like they have the air conditioner on I asked you if you could please shut that air off or turn the heat up a little bit we couldn't even take our coats off. He did nothing about it cold there was still going down no heat at all. We finished our salad got some boxes for pizzas and we left. My motto is if you can lean you can clean they're not paying you to stand around and gossip and b*. They raise the minimum wage for you now work for it. I have had some fantastic experiences with this store great food, great service. I normally order for delivery. The fact that they have their own drivers is the reason I order from them.

However, tonight I placed an order for delivery and their website said 40 minute wait. They have been pretty good about their estimations in the past. The promised time was 5:56. At 6:05 no food. But, hey I understand stuff happens. 6:23 I get a message saying it will be delivered at 6:35 . I get a notification that my order has been picked up by door dash it shows up at my door at 6:40. Warm, not hot. And just in time for me to have to leave for a scheduled pickup of a child from work. So I still haven't gotten to eat yet. I don't order from door dash or places that use that service is for that very reason. I would have appreciated a call to let me know that the order was being handed off and being delayed another almot 40 minutes and given the chance to cancel it and make...

Order my pizza at 11:15am figure Iwill have my lunch at work around 11:40-12pm right . I made it clear when she asked me if I wanted it delivered right away I say yes please stared work at 6:45am so I like to have my lunch early . She said no problem! I order a large pepperoni with mushrooms and a 20oz soda = total for this $34 I look at the clock almos 1pm I called. They said sorry about that we had 3 other delivery’s ahead of you. 😒why dint you mention this at 11:15am when I called to placed my order. 10-15mintes later I finally get my order NOT in the office where I was working but in one of the hotel rooms. Charged me the full amount even those the prize is ridiculous the almost 2hr wait is even more ridiculous. Think twice before ordering if you need pizza in less then An hour specially if your at work...
