On Friday 2-1-2024 Approx between 2pm-230pm. To be honest let's be clear, Lets be clear as well 99% of the time I DO NOT eat fast food for various reasons. I dont care if it was given to me for FREE. I opt to eat at home. However, my mother with health issues needed something to eat as she is supposed to eat every few hours. So I stopped at Wendys on Conshocton Ave in Mt.Vernon. She asked if we could go. I said sure. We walked into the building as we were slowly approaching the counter to order because we was literally the only ones I saw in the building yet I couldnt believe my as I was watching and observing just as I do any other business. There was an individual at the window whos order they were working on who had ordered a loaded baked potatoe. I could not believe a young high school age girl dark hair literally was putting on the cheddar cheese with her Bare hands. I just thought to myself how ignorant not only of the nonsense teenagers and the grown older manager standing behind her finishing the order. I pray that the Knox County Public Health Department does a pop-up survey. I still think about it and just hope noone got sick from eating their food. I get gloves make your hands hot and sweaty etc. Get over it! Do your job. People are paying your wage. I absolutely do plan on writing to the...
Read moreWhen I can't decide what I want, I have been ordering a junior bacon deluxe, no onions extra lettuce since forever at any Wendy's. The 26th I went thru the drive thru, ordered my "go to" sandwich. I pull away & check my bag, no bacon on my sandwich and no napkins in the bag. I go inside to correct it & wait at the counter. There was 1 customer at register & 1 waiting so it wasn't like they were slammed. The cashier makes eye contact with me, ignores me, the manager makes eye contact & ignores me too! I wait at least another 5mins before the cashier asks what he can help me with. I tell him what's wrong with my sandwich. His response?! "What do you want me to do about it?" Excuse me?!?! In spite of the urge to chuck it at his head, I very calmly let him know I'd like the right sandwich. I finally got it & left out of frustration. Check it back in my car...has onions even though I had been clear no onions. When did restaurants & other retail establishments forget that without customers, who are truly the ones paying their paychecks, they'd have no job?? I was not an irrate customer, even though I didn't appreciate the attitude. I'll stick with the Coshocton Ave Wendy's...
Read moreI asked politely for my creamer to be put In my coffee since I was driving. When I arrived at the pickup window the creamer was on top of the food. I mention to what I think was a male supervisor at the Coshocton Rd location at around 5:15 PM and he right away had an attitude and told me you have to say something if you want that. I said I did. I should have just left. I waited for a minute and someone put creamer in my coffee but he did not hand it back. A nice young lady smiled at me and I was surprised by that. She asked what was wrong and I just said his attitude. I thanked her for her smile. When I got home the creamers that were put in the bag on top of the actual chicken nuggets leaked on the chicken and on me and my shirt when I took them out. That's why you don't put creamers on top of hot food and who knows where the creamers were sitting before that. My dogs got to enjoy them but I did not. I did not get a receipt to enter a survey but it was 3-3-23 at...
