I've been a loyal customer of Togos for over 15 years, coming nearly every week and always loving their kind staff and sandwiches. However, I've noticed a significant dip in food quality recently that's been quite disappointing. The ingredients have gone downhill, with once vibrant whole peperoncini now being flavorless. The pepperoncini and other fresh vegetables were the main draw to Togos for my family and I, but they are now cheap and low quality with the recent changes.

My issue is with the service. I was the only customer there and no one else was there. They did not keep napkins in my bag and I would believe it's a reasonable request to ask for them. When I'm paying 18$ for a sandwich and you are pretty free, I would not expect to be spoken back to, when all I am asking for are a...

If i don't get horrified from the touch of the table i sit at. It's my newest restaurant. With that this Togo's is by far one of the best handled stores . The lady's that were on dute were so friendly and helpful i got what i wanted and all the parts to the sandwich were fresh I had a #4 it is in the top ten best sandwiches not that there is a bad or least liked. I'm stupid typing all...
