I never thought I would give this place a ONE star. I’m giving this a one star over my recent visit in the drive thru. Wait to place an order, place it, wait in line (25 min for JUST a fish sandwich). All other cars behind me were gone. I finally (after 25min) go inside to speak to the manager Joshua and asked about my order. After much stammering and moving from one computer/register to the next, he informed me they forgot to make my order. He said the “tape was down”. I then asked why did everyone buy me not get served? He replied, I don’t know. At this point and to anyone else’s in my situation, I want my money back. I first asked for me original receipt which was not given at the drive through. He replies with, SURE! Yet again he jumps from register to register and asked me to insert my card for the refund. I do what he asked and asked for my (wait for it) ORIGINAL RECEIPT. He then explains to me that the transaction has processed and he can’t pull that up. I said, why did you do that? The original receipt documents when I ordered. He simply said “sorry”. I then asked for the franchise owners name and contact information. He wrote on a sticky note the name but gave the store number that is not answered. It seems Joshua covered the blunder well and I hope (IF THEY CARE) the franchise owners see this and the HORRIBLE experience including falsehoods with the staff.
update to the automated support team response I did visit your site and supplied feedback. I did it again just to be sure. Thank you for letting me know, you ”deliver fresh food” but my order was forgotten and I never got fresh food or any food for that matter. I look forward to speaking with someone in hopes this location will function like it use too.
NEW- never got a call NEW- they said to give my concerns to the corporate site even though it’s franchised owned. Look at the drive thru window, clearly the franchised owners DO NOT care! Fast forward to this evening 09/18/23. I posted on the corporate site. ———————— Gave this place one more try. Simple order through the drive thru only to be told they were out of ketchup. Sounds silly to most I’m sure. I asked, really, your out of ketchup? “Yes, we are”. I pulled up and got my number, paid, and the employees were clearly to busy playing and dancing. I saw this as unprofessional. If the kitchen or the dining room has ketchup I would have made it it available or explained I could come in. So I did a sandwich only. Curious, I went inside and there was ketchup that you can help your self with. If this is “good” customer service then I don’t need to spend my money here moving forward. It goes to show, even when you post a problem previously, problems are not fixed here. Finally, they serve burgers and FRIES. HOW do you run out of ketchup??? Poor management.I will...
Read moreThe staff was absolutely ridiculous the other day. My daughter and I went to this location during our mommy daughter day b4 she left for the summer. We ordered and sat down. When they brought our food out, the cheese on our burgers wasn't melted even a little bit and was cold. Ok, I informed the young man and he told me that THATS how the cheese always comes (not true) but ok. I asked him if they could at least just melt the cheese for us. He brought the burger back but it was a whole different burger then what was ordered. I decided to take it to the counter and politely told the young lady what was wrong with it. She sent to the kitchen to be re made. Here comes the real problem...... there were 5 cooks In the kitchen. The whole time they were re making my food, each and every one of the Male cooks decided to have conversations about my food and continue to look, point and stare at me. So i informed management about the uncomfortable feeling I had about that and to please refund my food. I no longer wanted it because of their remarks and stares. Unfortunately she (manager lady) didn't care at all. Hate we even went there. The up side is, since u didn't eat there and was still hungry, we found a hidden gem around the corner. Read moreI went and everyone there was wonderful except for 1 person. The girl working the drive thru was extremely rude. Apparently being new to the establishment as a first time customer is intolerable to her, so asking questions about a couple menu items prompted her to talk crap about me to get peers where I could hear her (but apparently everything gets her angryas I later learned as I watched her be rude to her coworkers as well as even her manager while he was kindly helping me).
The burger I got had a bun that was hard as a rock - watch the video with sound on and you can see for yourself. The curds were also old. When I brought it back, they replaced it with a delicious burger and fresh cheese curds. Again, I had the pleasure of dealing with 4 other people there that were wonderful and they fixed everything. I removed a star because the first round of food was horrific and the one employee was tragic (she left her headset on, so I got to hear her making rude comments about me before I even pulled away from the order screen).
But again - the other 4 were not only kind, but over the top kind and really made my day. I almost got the impression that they know how she is and felt the need to compensate for her...
