CoreLife Eatery has an abundance of healthy options available that they combine into some pretty incredible dishes. Yes…they tout things like clean and healthy. The ingredients they use say they are free of GMO’s, trans fats, artificial colors, sweeteners and other artificial additives. So if you are a ā€œsteak and potatoā€ guy like me the word they omit from the advertising is flavorless. I humbly submit that the meals we enjoyed today were FAR from flavorless. The BBQ Ranch Chicken was a combination of purple rice, corn, black beans, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, jicama (had to ask what this was), chicken, tortilla strips, coriander, and basil. This dish was absolutely DELICIOUS! Seriously…the combination of flavors here blew me away! The Chicken & Rice Noodle was unlike any chicken noodle ā€œsoupā€ I have ever had. They combine chicken bone broth, chicken, rice noodles, shredded kale, carrots, celery, and scallions. First they steam the vegetables and noodles to get them hot and ā€œAl Denteā€ and then add in the chicken bone broth. At first my taste buds were telling me ā€œthis is not chicken soupā€ because I was not tasting thousands of milligrams of sodium and other ā€œflavorā€ enhancers. Instead this was about as comforting and fulfilling a bowl of soup I believe I have ever enjoyed. I also tried a cup of the bone broth, really solid flavors! The drink bar…more of the same healthy yet delicious beverages. I am impressed how they have used healthy foods to create such great tasting meals. The owners and the folks taking care of everyone (and it was packed) did an exceptional job, making sure to answer questions and to just welcome us to the restaurant. The atmosphere is bright and open with both inside/outside seating. Healthy or not…this was really good food that will bring me back to try their other items.

Everything was delicious! The steak bowl! Yummy! Southwest chicken bowl! Delicious! My daughter got broccoli and cheese soup! So tasty! Also my daughter and I got a Green Smoothie and Strawberry šŸŒ smoothie! So delicious! Not sure why it took me so long to try it! Everything was on point! Phenomenal service! PENNY deserves recognition! This girl just has such a positive energy! I love it! She goes above and beyond always acknowledging and it’s very evident that she makes the place run smoothly! She spreads her energy throughout and I adore it! She is always busting boo-tay! Always working hard! Thank you Penny for making me not feel like a pain in the butt with all of my weird requests! Thank you for making the perfect bowls and meals! Thank you for your energy and your personality!

The salad was below average. The dining experience was not good. The music on the patio was so loud we practically had to yell to carry on a conversation. We didn't want to eat inside because it was dirty. Outside wasn't much better. I asked if they could turn the music down and was told no one knew how to turn it down. There were very few customers. There were employees standing around or sitting at tables that could have been cleaning. We've been here in the past and enjoyed it...maybe there has been a management change. We'll probably give it another try. If this place stays in the shape it was in today for a prolonged period of time, I don't think it will be around much longer. I don't think people will tolerate overpriced salads in a dirty environment.

Follow up visit: I came in for dinner a second time and the experience was much better. The spicy pork bowl is very delicious with some kim chi added.

Whenever food is added from the line, you get a mixture of cold and warm ingredients. The total experience is bites of cold and warm - eventually becoming a mixture of colder than room temperature spoonfuls.

Talking with the staff - they admit to making all the ingredients in the kitchen. No chef Sysco.

If you can get ingredients that haven't sat on the line - their food is really good. 4/5

I came in for dinner at 830pm and was sorely disappointed with the food that was served.

What was still on the line (ingredients were sold for the day, understandable) was dried out and not enough for a full portion.

The management should instruct the staff to not sell ingredients that dried out from sitting in a warmer all day and under a heat lamp. They should especially not sell the ingredients at full price dried out and under portioned.

I'll write another review when I get a chance to try it again not within 30 minutes of close but having under portioned and heat lamp grilled food sold to you at full price because the staff has to break down the line in half an hour is bad business.

What separates trendy new restaurants from long lasting businesses is having pride in the food you serve: from first...

The costs here added up to be a little more than we had planned for, at $28 for two of us (and a side of hummus for my toddler.) I think maybe they gave us the bigger size bowls bc we forgot to specify. My husband and I each got broth bowls and we both thought they were just okay. I got the sriracha tofu mushroom bowl and while i loved the flavor of the lemongrass, I got several big hard pieces which I had to spit out. The tofu was chewy, but if I ate it with the mushroom it was nice. All in all it smelled and sounded better than it was but it wasnt bad. More importantly, I felt great after eating there. it is rare to find healthy food that makes you feel good for fast service. I think next time I would try a grain bowl. The best thing for me was the cranberry cayenne lemonade. there are several fabulous drink options and that was my favorite. the drinks alone, seriously were enough to make me want to come back! Other things I really enjoyed: high chairs available, as well as changing rooms in both restrooms. The staff was very friendly. it was really clean and the decor was nice. I would come back again but wouldnt go too far...
