Went to the drive thru ordered a mocha ice coffee my total was 3.83 after tax . I paid with a 100 dollar bill . After waiting for over 5 minutes on my change and 4 different people standing over the cashier i received my receipt which clearly stated my change should have been $96.17 I receive 91.17 dollars instead . I immediately get the clerks attention and advise them I am short 5 dollars . The other employees come running up screaming she gave me two 5 dollar bills . Which is correct I received 4 - 20’a 2 - 5’s 1 -1 dollar bill And 17 cents that is a total of 91.17 The employees are still arguing they gave the correct change . I tell them count the drawer and I will wait because I am short my change and they are incorrect . As they are still yelling and screaming and they close and lock the drive thru window . As I go inside the manager or whoever is walking up on his phone yelling screaming cussing at me telling me I need to leave his store and that he is calling the police . Read moreI highly recommend dunkin Donut's on medical center Pkwy in murfreesboro, tn. I visit this place several times a day and no matter what time of the day it is their coffee is always fresh. Their sandwiches are great! And their donuts are never disappointing. The employees are always polite and friendly. The only complaint I have is their new manager James. He's not so friendly to customers and doesn't recognize the hard work and dedication from his employees. Some of the employees at this last action have been there for several years and are always reliable, courteous, dependable and are usually always available when needed yet they get overworked, underpaid and unappreciated. I'm not one to complain but I'm not the only one that has made complaints on the newer manager at this location. Also, when he has to work and take orders he's extremely slow and makes customers feel as though they're bothering him or interrupting him in some way. Read moreI went inside to order as the drive thru line was long. I waited at the counter for no less than 5 minutes before it was even noticed that I was there. I ordered a bottle of orange juice and 2 orders of snacking bacon. The snacking bacon was missing the maple seasoning as well as being limp and very greasy. I spoke to Lily (she said she was the assistant manager) and let her know my disappointment, I asked for the problem corrected or my money back. The seasoning was put on it this time, but it was even more floppy and greasy than the first batch. I don't know what the issue was this morning. I do know that when I stick to my usual dunkin location, it's much better, crisp, flavorful, minimal grease, as it should be. I requested my money back and recieved it.
