I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern about a recent experience I had at your restaurant. I feel compelled to share my observations and thoughts as they greatly impacted my perception of your establishment.
During my visit, I witnessed an incident that left me not only shocked but deeply disturbed. A manager at your restaurant was involved in a confrontation with a female employee. What I observed was entirely unacceptable - the manager physically ran up to her and body slammed her.
I cannot overstate how inappropriate and unprofessional this behavior is, especially in a workplace where employees should feel safe and respected. It is essential for any establishment to maintain a positive and safe working environment for its staff.
This incident greatly marred my dining experience, and it has made me question the management and overall culture of your restaurant. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on the individuals involved but also tarnishes the reputation of the entire establishment.
I believe it is essential for your management to take immediate action in addressing this issue. It is imperative that you conduct a thorough investigation, take appropriate disciplinary action against the responsible parties, and implement measures to prevent such incidents from happening in the future.
As a customer, I cannot in good conscience recommend your restaurant to others until I see significant changes in the way such matters are handled and addressed. Workplace safety, respect, and professionalism should be of the utmost priority for any business.
I sincerely hope that you will take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to make necessary improvements. It is my hope that you can restore your restaurant's reputation and create a safe and welcoming environment for both employees...
Read moreWith such good reviews, we decided to try 5 Guys. Walking in, it smelled fantastic, the staff was very friendly, and the place was fairly clean. Our order for 3 of us came to about $45 for 3 burgers, 2 small fries and 1 regular cajun fry, and 2 drinks. I skipped a drink because it had already cost so much, and I can eat without one.
Our order # was called about 20 minutes later, it really wasn't that busy at this point, and they were only cooking one order at a time. The burgers and fries were put in random bags, so we had to sort those out, my wife's order was wrong, so she took it back to the counter. The employees appeared confused that someone had brought an order back that wasn't right. I brought the receipt to the counter, they looked at it and the burger and eventually realized the mistake. Took another 5 minutes for the re-cook. They refused to touch the wrong burger, which is understandable due to cross contamination.
While the food may have tasted okay, it wasn't worth nearly $50. For that we could have went to an AYCE, ordered pizza, went to a local Mexican restaurant, or any number of places for less. It just wasn't...
Read moreWe walked into Five Guys yesterday, and as we were waiting for other family members to arrive, an organization with 20+ (wonderfully behaved and respectful) young men walked in front of us. We thought of going somewhere else, thinking that it would be a while before we were able to order, let alone get our food. I caught the attention of one of the employees at the pickup section, who was kind enough to speak to me in the midst of the crowd; he assured me that they strive to get everything out in around 15 minutes. Sure enough – in around that time– the whole group in front of us had been served and our order was ready. I wish I had gotten the names of the two young men at the pickup line who remained professional and pleasant even when a large group walked in suddenly. That kind of professionalism and kindness is rare and to be commended. For anyone in management who would like to know who they are, they were working on June 22, specifically between 11:30 and 11:50. The food was fine, but the demeanor of these two young men is what made the experience...
