McDonald's — Restaurant in Murfreesboro

Ordering went well (we didn't use the machine). Food was brought out to our table which was nice! Ordered a iced coffee that was not brought to the table. When my husband approached the counter to inquire about it he was not greeted properly but instead received "wat chu want?" In the service industry where you are competing for business against say Chic fil a where service is impeccable and you are greeted and assisted with how may I help you this should be addressed. Also, this location is dirty. The highchair was put away, once we looked we noticed that there was what appeared to be old chocolate milk spilled inside as half was sticky and some still liquid form, the drink station was filthy with trash all over and sticky floor. Chairs dirty. Bathroom was absolutely terrible and this was coming from my husband who took my 4 year old son to their facilities. We will no longer order happy meals! The allure of these is for the kids to get a toy. No longer will we pay for this "incentive meal" because the toys are complete junk and do nothing at all. To management....staffing matters and cleanliness is more than important! Please don't settle for a warm body to fill a schedule seek out those that offer true service. The location needs to look like and run like it would if someone from corporate was visiting. Also, positive note, we enjoy the variety of music selected...

Absolutely the worst Mcdonalds ive ever been too. Completely messed up a simple, 2 person order when I was the only car in drive thru around 8-9pm. The guy who took my money at first window was nice as can be. The other two losers at second window couldnt even say hello back and just starred at me. I even told them thanks and have a good night and still nothing. Manager spoke all ghetto over the intercom and when I called in the manager was more than rude. I was not rude nor did I provoke anyone. Said please and thank you numerous times and tried speaking with employees in drive thru. That, was my third attempt at buying Mcdonalds on my 1 hour drive home after, working 16 hours. First one was MT julliet, couldnt get order right through speaker so I figured they would mess it up anyways. Said thanks but nevermind and drove off. 2nd was Old Fort Parkway where 10 cars sat for 10 minutes. I said forget it I want to get home then, I seen one more on Medical Center Parkway and figured the drive thru was empty why not give it a shot. Should have driven home and never bought "fast food" to begin with. 3 strikes and your out! Never again will I go...

Employees are very rude. Went in for a mobile order that did not seem to be in progress. When I asked about it I was immediately met with attitude by I believe the manager who told me someone already came in and got the mobile order. When I looked confused she responded with “yep someone already got it. Tall black guy already took it. 10 piece nugget…” to which I interrupted to say that I did not order a 10 piece nugget. She said they “don’t have no other orders” and told me if I didn’t have my receipt they couldn’t do anything. I had left my phone in the car with my son but had the code and details of the order but they seemed to assume I was trying to get a free meal I guess (even tho I had all the details of the order including the code) So I went out and got my phone to which I realized I had placed the order to a different location. When I asked if I am able to transfer or cancel and reorder she had the attitude of ‘not my problem’ and told me I need to go to the other location (which was 35 min the opposite direction of where I was traveling to).
