It wasn’t super easy to get my mom, who’s in a wheelchair, in the door. The girl at the register, taking orders, was so rude to my 80 yr old mother. Mom had a gift card, but it wouldn’t scan, so she contacted the headquarters and they sent her an email coupon of some sort. The paper said treat this like cash at Starbucks, so she goes to this location and tries to use it, and the girl says there’s no barcode on this for me to scan. My mother said I know, but the paper says treat it like cash so I don’t know what to do. Employee calls over a co-worker who tries to help and that woman says you’re gonna have to call the main number. My mother asked if they could do it and the woman responds we are not going to do that. So the man standing in line behind us, says I will pay for their order. The girl then turns to another customer and takes their order. My mother asks aren’t you going finish taking our order? And the employee responds not right now, and makes us wait. When she does finally take our order, she makes us wait again to receive our drinks, after she packs DoorDash bags and takes more orders. Even the man who was behind us in line said he’s never received such poor service. I think we all were pretty surprised at how rude the girl was to an 80 yr old woman in...
Read moreStarbucks employees always have a certain perky positive attitude. I get Starbucks 2-3 times a day. I’m addicted. Never had an issue with customer service. Today however, Abby here at this location blew my mind. I ordered my usual 3 venti vanilla cold brews. I gave it about 30 minutes and went to pick up. They said “how can I help you” I responded I was here to pick up… and then crickets… I was saying hello hello. I don’t go to the window until they say okay but I didn’t know what was going on. I pull up to two people working there who do not come to the window, in spite of seeing me there. Literally 10 minutes or so waiting on them to address me. Abby opens the window with attitude “ did you stop at the speaker” which I answered yes, but that whoever was helping stopped mid sentence and stopped responding. She continued on (instead of apologizing for the wait- especially when neither of them were helping anyone else and my drinks were half melted.) with “you can’t come here until we tell you to.” Holy cow. Just get the order lady. She got the drinks, which again were melted big time by now. As she’s handing them AGAIN, says “so next time do not come to the window”...
Read moreI live right beside the Starbucks and I find myself often going to be at Fortress Boulevard one even though I passed the interstate and then Luke back on to go to work just because of her the lack of customer service skills and quality of the Starbucks on medical center parkway… Today I tried to go to this one just because it is on my Way to work and I have a newborn so it makes it easier but I got a bacon Gouda sandwich cooked open face and for whatever reason it’s like some of them feel like they don’t have the time to do that so they don’t open it and the bacon is a lot more slimy… It should not matter how I want my sandwich cooked but when I asked them to remake it she argued saying that it was perfect and it’s just the grease from the bacon and I told her I’m sorry but if she could just remake one because normally when they cook it open face it looks more cooked all the way through not cold on one side and then you can just see them talking about it the moment they walk back in overall just a bad...
