Subway — Restaurant in Murfreesboro

-1 Actually. One Terrible establishment. I asked for a remake on a six inch sub, and was chastised and additionally berated by employee. Was told multiple times that I was wrong and what i "should have told him" in the beginning (which I did); and was the told he didn't want to see people with "my face", in his store again. I was too thrown off to even digest the bigoted and inflammatory remark at the time but his attitude was disgusting to say the least.

At one point, i even requested to have my money back because of how poorly I was being treated, and he refused. Once i threatened to contact the police, he began to remake the sandwich. -- With just as much sloppiness as he made the first one. At which point I told him that kind of approach, wasn't going to fly with me either! -- by the third sandwich remake he managed to get his disgusting attitude and food preparation skills in check.

I didnt find out until the end of this horrid experience that the man was in fact the actual manager/owner of the establishment. His name...

I wish I could give 0 stars. I used to come to this Subway all the time but now I live closer to a another one. I was by this one yesterday and decided why not. I got two meatball subs on Italian Herb and Cheese bread. I should have known it was going to be a bad experience when I saw how rude and upset the man working was about having customers. When we go to enjoy our food I can't even finish it. The bread tasted terrible and the meatballs tasted like they had been sitting out all day. I love their meatball subs and get them all the time, I know what they are supposed to be. When we called the manager he flat out called us a liar and said we just wanted free food. So my suggestion if you're craving Subway go to any other one in town. This disrespectful jerk who can't even make decent food doesn't deserve...

Went in this morning for a breakfast sandwich and the place was empty. I was greeted by an employee in the kitchen telling me, “Be there in a minute.” After 5 minutes he finally showed up and looked like he hadn’t had a bath in several days and seemed aggravated that he actually had to work. It was 8:00 am so the bar should have been fully stocked, but several things were out and the rest was messy and looked old. The more items I asked for all I got was, “We ain’t got it.” So with the sandwich half made, I walked out and promised myself I’d never return. There are too many other restaurants in the area to put up with dirty, out of stock and staffed with rude employees restaurants. Keep driving if you are hungry and...
