If I could give zero stars I absolutely would! I tried to call this locations five times, twice I got hung up on. I needed to cancel an order that I made, but couldn’t get ahold of them to do so. So I drove in to this location. The staff looked very frazzled and the phone kept a ringing off the hook. I asked the girl if there was a reason they didn’t answer their phones, and she told me “because we’re busy”. What!? That’s what the hold button was made for! Just answer and ask to put someone on hold! So I asked to speak to her manager Jason! He should NOT be running a store at all. His guest service is awful, and he doesn’t know how to handle upset guests at all. He can’t delegate his staff properly, nor can he just handle the stress of working in food services. I once again asked why they don’t answer the phone, to which he just shrugged and said “we are busy.” How is this a proper response? I told him I needed to cancel my order and he just hmphed and pushed a few buttons and said “ok” then said it was done. I asked him how he thought that this was the proper way to handle guest, and asked him what if I hadn’t been able to come in. How would I have been able to cancel my order, I would have just wasted forty dollars! He said “well it would just come back” his answers were very short and not friendly at all. After I called back I opened up the boxes and really looked at my order to find this. Ridiculous. $80 and I got more bread/ crust and sauce then cheese and toppings. They said they would refund but I get no receipt for refund. Also Said, right thing to do is bring it back. No offer to remake anything at no charge for the inconvenience.Disappointed. If I wanted my food to be remade I would have to wait another hour. Kid was sorry but seemed annoyed with me. Drove back with food, and my kids in the rain, to then be asked if I wanted the refund now. Or to wait till he did it after his shift so he could process it. Or when he was ready later that night. Still Got no receipt for refund. Now I wait till $80 goes back on card. Manager lacked customer service 100%.
