I love canes but this location has disappointed me multiple times I just went and ordered 1 box combo with an extra canes toast I received 8 tenders cold fries no coleslaw and barely any canes sauce I also asked at the window if my order was correct because this has happened multiple times where I’ve either not received half my order and have not been able to get through to canes to get it fixed or like today someone else’s orderI can only hope it’s because they’re still fairly new
Update I called canes to try and get my order fixed because the food I received was horrible quality they told me to come back and pick up my correct order so I did I was very happy at first with how the management handle the situation they seemed to care however when I got to the window the girl at the pick up window was extremely rude then another girl came to give me my order and I was told I couldn’t have it without my old food in hand or a receipt except when I called I was never informed of this otherwise I would have brought my food back as well as I never got a receipt for my first order and I informed the girl who was giving me my food of this and I was told well I need a receipt to give this to you and again I told her I was never given a receipt she gave me the food anyway and told me next time they wouldn’t give it to me without if that’s the case then they need to make sure to give a receipt to every person otherwise it is completely unfair to ask for one because I have never received a receipt oh and when I checked my food was still wrong 🙄 no coleslaw even though I specifically asked for it so disappointing I now have three meals that are wrong I thank the manager who talked to me on the phone though because they are the only person who actually cared about...
Read moreThe first few weeks after this location opened were pretty brutal. The eating area was consistently dirty in the late evening. The restroom was a mess and always out of paper towels. Even the employees behind the counter doing food service were very unpleasant and borderline rude. Food orders were frequently wrong. I got room temperature fries in two consecutive visits. I spoke with an asst. manager one night to explain these deficiencies rather than put the place on blast with a terrible review. They were still shaking out the bugs; I wanted to be gentle.
I eat here practically every Monday. The tables are clean. The restroom is in a much better state. But the service people behind the counter are still hot garbage. The kitchen staff are hardworking. Even the guys and girls at the register are nice. But the people handing off the food? Asking for ketchup packets is like pulling teeth. They don't fix errors to orders unless one complains. This bothers me so much.
