Today I had the worst experience I have ever had with Starbucks and their locations. Today I made a mobile order at the wrong location, when I arrived at the location I had thought I placed my order the barista told me that I didn’t have an order there and to check the location. When I realized I was at the wrong the location the barista offered to make my drink and food, but unfortunately I didn’t have the time to wait because I had to drive to work in San Diego. When I called the location where my mobile order was Kayla who is the shift supervisor informed me that she was unable to process a refund over the phone and that I would have to come into the location. When I had let her know that the location isn’t close to me and that I don’t have time to come in for that process and if I could speak to a manager. She then replied with a very irritated tone and attitude and saying she is the shift supervisor and she’s telling me that I have to come in. When I kept telling her the reason why I couldn’t come in, she proceeded to get an attitude and tell me that I can come in during the week and get the refund processed. When I informed her once again why I wasn’t able to do that and if she could have the store manager call me, she proceeded to get an attitude even worse and asked what my name was and when I told her, she said oh I see your order here and then proceeded to say what my order was. When I replied to her and said yes that is my order, she then said that I could come in anytime to get my refund processed. When I had told her for the third time why I wasn’t able to do that and to have a manager call me, she said sure and hung up the phone on me without grabbing my number for someone to get a hold of me.
When I called back I spoke with a boy named “Jake”, I’m not sure if that was his real name and his attitude was just as condescending and disrespectful just like Kayla. I have been to different Starbucks locations and this is the first time I’ve ever had to deal with such a nasty and disrespectful attitude all because I wanted to speak with the store manager about processing a refund. Train your staff better because this isn’t...
Read moreI am a partner at Starbucks myself. And I just moved across the street so I have frequented this location. All of the morning crew are nice and when I come by to get my mark out or get my coffee they always help me out. And I’ve met and had a coffee tasting with the manager. Now here’s the issue, that always creates a negative experience for me. I walk here and rarely bring my id with me. I have my Starbucks app But as a rehire I hadn’t taken the time to add my numbers again, however I’ve not met more opposition. The manager at this store has used my Starbucks app with my name on it as proof. However for some reason night crew is not only rude when I come in and barely greets or says anything to me, but has an issue accepting my numbers as I don’t have my id with me. Not only have I showed them my Starbucks app, or my actual pay stubs downloaded on my phone out of convenience. That’s what bothers me most because not only do I not carry my id with me because I walk a lot but I have met them half way with giving them other opportunities to prove my identity if they really think I’m trying to scam Starbucks. I’ve always had an issue with this Starbucks and their night crew, but it never happens to me in...
Read moreThey put something in my espresso that made me very sick and extremely tired. I could finish my workout because I was almost immediately sleepy and my lungs started feeling extremely heavy almost like there was a central nervous system depressant in there. Idk if this is a prank or something but I didn't know the person. BEhind the counter so idk if I should call the police or file assault charges. It's not a very funny prank to me. I'm actually sick and almost lost a toe because I dropped a 45 lbs plate on my foot because of the lack of coordination at the gym. Whatever the depressant was is apparently strong enough to greatly overpower the 200mg of caffeine in...
