Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Muscatine

My first time wasn’t all that enjoyable. I wasn’t properly greeted/guided. I had no idea where to order, and the employees all just stood around and stared at me. It was a very uncomfortable experience . The food is amazing however. I almost had to give this place a 3 star, but my visit today (@ 2:00pm on 02/03/23 to be exact) made me change that! All employees were very polite, and I was greeted at the door . This just makes you feel welcomed/acknowledged. Sam was amazing! He walked me through the menu and various items around the store . His knowledge on items made it that much easier to order and I’m very greatful! Thank you Sam! I personally haven’t tried the cold subs, but the hot subs are amazing! This is only my second time visiting jersey mikes and I can see myself coming more often. Thank you to the employees today for making me, and my boyfriends experience all that...

My gf came in to pick up her order and not only did they not have a paper under the sub, she saw the guy take the meat off of her sandwich and put it directly on the counter to add the cherry peppers and then put the meat back on her sandwich!! Not only that but they forgot most of the toppings and drenched it mayo. She didn’t want to say anything but I had to drive back because this is ridiculous. The manager working tried to deny about the meat, did not even attempt to offer an apology and refused to offer anything for my troubles of having to come back! I absolutely would not order out from here. This place is disgusting. Be leery when you make an online order and aren’t watching every step they make!...

We enjoy Muscatine Jersey Mike's, always have. However on today's take out order that changed. We always get the same thing but this time Jersey Mike's added way too much oil and the bread was so soggy it was not fit to eat. Calling and talking to the Manager was futile. She admitted it was a trainee who made it but refused to offer any type of solution, neither refund or complimentary replacement. So, we just threw $26.00 dollars worth of food in the trash!
