McAlister's Deli — Restaurant in Muskogee

Took my mom to try the cuban sandwich. I have eaten them many times in Tulsa, and they were great. We went to the Muskogee store, and the employee was far more concerned with how we should leave her a tip than actually doing her job. Didn't get my rewards points entered, then proceeded to to tell me to just go on my phone and enter it with the receipt. Then I received a sandwich that was cold in the middle and Luke warm mac and cheese. I took it back to the counter and complained. My mom had finished her sandwich before they brought mine back out. The new mac and cheese was very bitter and the sandwich had some odd fat chunks in it and was very greasy. I guess my punishment for daring to complain. Never again

Fed up with this place. I moved here from Texas. Let me first say that I would eat at Mc Alister’s almost DAILY in Texas for a year and have NEVER experienced any problems. I move to Muskogee and EVERY order I have made it’s been messed up. Something is always made wrong or items are missing that I paid extra for. The ONLY thing they manage to get right is their drinks. All 6 of my orders have been made wrong! Today’s lucky item missing was the avocados from my chicken avocado and bacon salad. I have tried numerous of times to give them chances and this is by far ridiculous. I understand things can happen and mistakes are made but this is uncalled for. Someone needs to retrain these employees to triple check orders. We are paying for a service and that service is not being met. I will not be eating at this location here, ever again. I shouldn’t have to check my food every visit like I’m their mother. Y’all can do so...

Service was a little slow especially for after lunch at about 1:30 in the afternoon. Traveling through and got a to go order got out to the vehicle to leave to start eating some of my food and there is no plastic ware in the bag, I would think that if you're getting it to go order they would put plastic ware in the bag. Went back inside to get plasticware so I could eat, check their little self-serve section no plastic where to be found waited off to the side to ask somebody for plasticware gentleman looked at me to carry out food not a problem with that but went right back into the back another way with not even asking what I was waiting for and what I was wanting. Had to wait even longer for somebody else to come back out Lady came out of the back and finally got me some plastic ware. Service here...
