My boyfriend and I visited for four items: two cheeseburgers (one plain) and two large drinks (Diet Coke and Dr. Pepper). We also are not from here, so we were shocked at how much this location is terrible. When we were ordering at the drive-thru, the lady barely spoke above a whisper. My boyfriend kept saying, “And a large Diet Coke?” “Large French fries?” “No, Diet Coke.” “Sprite?” “No, Diet Coke.” At this point, she removed the Dr. Pepper and replaced it with Diet Coke. This is after we asked for two cheeseburgers, one plain, and she didn’t do that, but we left it alone. It wasn’t a big deal. So, when she gave us our total, 3/4 items were on the screen. When we got to the window, my boyfriend said, “Did you get the Dr. Pepper on there?” All she said was the total. When we received our receipt, the Dr. Pepper was on there, including a $1 increase on the total (from her adding it finally). We were waiting behind another car, they received their food then continued to chat with the lady at the window. We finally received our food, of course, no plain cheeseburger. Our drinks were marked with the poppable bubbles on the lid, so my boyfriend went to take a drink out of his drink listed as “P” for Dr. Pepper. It was Diet Coke. My drink was popped as “Other” and “Diet”, and it was Dr. Pepper. This would be a huge issue if I were diabetic, luckily I’m not. The lady handed our drinks and bag of food and closed the window. That was it. Next time, we’ll go...
Read moreLast week I bought a meal and took it back to work to find the bun had been nuked too long it was hard to chew, the fish was Luke warm . I used the drive thru and had to park up to wait for food , thinking it was going to be hot and fresh . Went back week later for same meal , I decided to go inside and tell them , I still had my reciept from the week before . I told the girl who had a hand written name on her badge. I told her what happened , no apology or get a manager , she just took my order with no expression at all . While standing there waiting for my order I have never seen so many people work in one food place to all look so unkempt. Hair was not tidy , no hair nets either ( not sure if they have to wear them anymore ) health and safety these days. No one was in a hurry either. Then someone walked from behind the kitchen , , dirty looking clothes , sweating all over the place , not even sure this person had all of their teeth. Not sure if this other person was the manager but their shirt looked like they got it out of a box they had in the trunk of their car , obviously never heard of an iron. The person who finally cooked my meal, had to tell them twice it was done . I feel like every time i use this place , the crew has changed again , seems they change every month.I wont be going in...
Read moreIf you're in Muskogee U.S.A. and you've got a Big Mac Attack, this is the McDonald's to go to. I'm not from here, but pass through frequently, and in need of free WiFi, and this McD's beats the one on US 69 hands-down; I was at both on the same day (looking for the aforementioned free WiFi), and the US 69 store was SLOW, nearly 5 minutes to take my order at the counter, despite having so many people behind the counter they kept bumping into one another. And that one on US 69 was FREEZING. It is always FREEZING, every time I come through and stop in there.
Meanwhile, the one across town on US 62 is much more of the competent, comfortable, proficient McDonald's I've come to expect. My order was taken promptly and accurately, the food prepared quickly and served in a friendly, professional manner . . . In a clean, comfortable, cool but not COLD restaurant. And this one has a play area for kids, too, while also having a side seating area where it's much more quiet. (And there's a few tables with electrical outlets where you can charge whatever devices you may be using).
So, as for me, I'm bypassing the US 69 McDs for the...
