Jimmy's Egg — Restaurant in Mustang

My husband and I tried the Mustang, Ok Jimmy’s Egg for the first time. The server seemed new and still learning. The environment was very boring and service slow. We checked out and was told there was a glitch in the computer system and our card was charged twice. We were told they refunded our card and we received a receipt for both. The refund receipt said unresolved. We allowed 10days and called our bank. No refund. My husband went to Jimmy’s Egg and supervisor was not there the staff told him someone would call but we might have to provide a bank statement. Who in 2025 gets bank statements? Surprise, no one called so my husband went back and pulled up bank account and proved we were charged and no refund. He was told they can’t take care of it locally so we are still waiting. We are out $21.00 it is not that much but it sucks to just throw away money and not be treated like a valued customer. We will never go back to any Jimmys Egg. We have been to the one in Yukon and have loved it, but worry of this happens again we will just eat money. I am very disappointed and waited to post anything until we have been given...

So much better than the Yukon location that it isn't even funny.

EDIT: Ooops. Jumped the gun. Must have been because it was new, but it didn't take them long to decline. Each visit has been a step down from the last, culminating in the last visit (which may be THE last visit) in which I was served a chicken fried steak that frankly I would not give to a dog. Seems the waitress was aware of this, because when it was sent back with only two bites out of it, she didn't offer a take home box (which I would have declined because there is nobody on the face of this planet I hate enough to inflict that upon). There is nothing here I can't get elsewhere right here in Mustang. Want pancakes? IHOP. Want a burger? S&B is right next door. Want chicken fried steak? Believe it or not, check out a BBQ joint, the one at Swadley's is sublime.

I honestly have no idea why I am giving two stars instead of one. I guess some part of me hopes they can readjust their course and be good again, but to have degenerated so quickly...I fear that is...

Worst customer service out of ANY Jimmy's Egg I have ever been to. My girlfriend and I go to Jimmy's Egg quite often because we really enjoy the food and almost every time we visit this location, we always have to wait around to get our food ordered (which is understandable if busy, but there were only 3 other couples in the restaurant at the time with 2 people on wait staff and STILL didn't get helped for a solid 10 minutes), our waitresses almost always forgets items that we request, and there have also been times where the attitude of our waitress has been very poor and came across and rude and "annoyed" by requesting more to drink or something that she forgot. We will no longer be visiting the Jimmy's Egg in Mustang do to countless times of poor service. We went to the Yukon Jimmy's egg, which has more customers at the moment, and got sat, helped, drinks ordered, and food out by the time the waitress at mustang had attempted to get our food...
