Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Mustang

Food is good but it’s hard to enjoy a meal when chaos is surrounding you. One girl behind the counter was acting in such a manner that you would imagine she was in the comfort of her own home. Yelling and being super LOUD! Not the typical behavior I’m use to seeing at establishments here in Mustang. Just down right disrespectful behavior. Kimberly (or Riley- what ever her name is… Kimberly’s name is on the receipt 5/9/23 @8:40 who ever was running the register) acts like she HATES her job and the customers are a nuisance. I heard her talking to her coworkers friendly, so I know it’s in her to be decent. Why is there no ketchup out for the customers? I have to keep returning to the counter for unwelcoming assistance!!! Thank God I can get my own drink! No wonder there are no more locations open. Oh and 2 minutes after 9 here is a picture of your restaurant while we were finishing up and about to leave. I went out to my car to finish my dinner. Got tired of hearing snide remarks about closing. Clearly your employees do not value their job and have no fear of...

Horrible service! Been there 3 times...last 2 through drive-thru and oder was wrong when I got home both times. 1st wrong order was handled great and very nice - just a simple mistake that they corrected. This time I got #5 meal instead of the #4 I ordered. I looked at receipt and it showed a #5, but again that was not what I ordered. Took the food back. Mgr insisted that I pay for the #4 before they could give it to me. Said if I didn't "it would be like giving food away". Stressed again that I didn't order a5 and didn't want the #5 but ordered a 4 (maybe the order take accidentally hit the wrong button...I assume 4 and 5 are next to each other???) He insisted that I pay for the 4. I gave him the wrong meal that they gave me and left empty handed advising that I will never return to Zaxby's. He just said "Okay" and walked off. The only thing that’s consistent about this restaurant is how disappointing it is. While we have had other poor experiences, tonight was the last time I ever wanted to try eating here. Sometimes the workers are semi-friendly, but they are usually abrupt and not accommodating. They will always have you pull forward “for a few minutes” and then leave you sitting and waiting for you food while person after person is served behind you. Tonight waited for 24 minutes for a sandwich, two orders of fries, and some wings. After arriving home (which is about a mile away), we found that our fries weren’t even fresh 🙃. My boyfriend is a big fan of the variety that the chain brings to chicken, but I don’t know that I’ll be able to continue to stomach the glaring customer services issues and lack...
