I recently visited the newly opened Bojangle's located at 8215 N. Kings Hwy in Myrtle Beach, and I must say it was a disappointing and frustrating experience. From the moment I stepped into the establishment, it became abundantly clear that customer service was not a priority.
Upon entering, I stood at the counter for what seemed like an eternity, waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence. The staff, however, seemed more engrossed in their personal conversations than attending to the customers. Not a single employee bothered to greet me or even acknowledge my presence with a simple "hold on a minute." It was as if I were invisible.
To make matters worse, the drive-thru attendant and other members of the staff were openly engaged in a personal conversation, oblivious to the fact that customers were waiting. It was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. It is disheartening to witness such a lack of professionalism and disregard for customers' time and needs. If the employees are more interested in their personal conversations than providing quality service, it raises questions about the overall management and work ethic at this particular Bojangle's location. It certainly did not live up to the standards one would expect from a reputable fast-food chain like Bojangle's.
I hope that the management of this Bojangle's location takes this review as an opportunity to address the glaring issues with their customer service and staff training. Without a doubt, improvements are desperately needed to bring this establishment up to par with the expectations...
Read moreCan't wait till they open Bojangles' in Las Vegas ! Every time I visit the Carolinas I have to go to Bojangles' for breakfast. I came in September 20th while staying in Myrtle Beach and Cherry Grove for a week. I got the Cajun Chicken Filet Biscuit , Bo-Berry Biscuit , Bo-Tato Rounds , and a Soda. First thing I forgot to add an egg to my Cajun Filet Biscuit , but that's okay I had plenty to eat. The biscuit was cooked perfectly and the filet as always was spicy and delicious.
I've always meant to try the Bo-Berry Biscuit so I made sure I did this time. Now I know why everyone raves about this one. It was sooooo good ! Soft and sweet with the drizzle. The Bo-Tato Rounds were fresh and I always forget that they're like onion rings and hashbrowns in one so the taste always surprises me. I get Bojangles' about every 2 or 3 years when I come to visit friends and family in the Carolinas. I was surprised that this location didn't have Cheerwine. I thought that was a requirement. Ha ha. I went to another location for dinner one night and they had Cheerwine , but they messed up my order , it wasn't as nice as this location , and the employees were miserable.
Everyone here was so nice and the place was spotless. One of the nicest Bojangles' I've ever been in. I would definitely recommend coming here for breakfast , lunch...
Read moreWOW This brand new Bojangles is next level!! Love the white out color scheme with red trim. The outdoor dining area look fresh and inviting. When we stepped inside it was definitely nicer out with white subway tile walls, modern fixtures and furniture completed the dining room. One of the first different things I noticed when coming to the counter was the salad cooler displayed at the beginning of the line, I loved it, there was also some nice greenery on top of the display cooler. There was no chicken or sides displayed as in some other stores. The menus were the same with some additional options prominently displayed like Celsius drinks. The service & food were both better than any Bojangles I’ve been to in a while. If this is the direction that Bojangles is going, I love it! I hope they update all there stores this way and if you get a chance to go to one of these NEW ones your definitely should. The bathroom mirrors even had LED light...
