It’s hilarious that this company requires doordashers to come inside when they aren’t even capable of having orders ready on time. Once the finally do get the order ready, they’re missing half the items, and put the responsibility on us to call the customer instead of doing it themselves. They also don’t bother to request us to come inside in their instructions. I hope you realize we don’t work for you. We are contractors, and if you tell me I can’t use the drive through, I will simply let the order time out, I will unassign it, and I will then leave. When asking why I unassigned, I will indicate that it’s because this merchant refused to give me the order. I am completely convinced that for whatever reason, Dunkin’ has intentionally taken steps to provide an agonizing experience for delivery contractors in every way possible. I will gladly return the favor by making Dunkin’s experience with me extremely inconvenient and frustrating. Read moreI am normally a huge fan of Dunkin' Donuts, but the one located in Nacogdoches, Texas has given me, by far, the absolute worst experience. The first time my husband and I visited we went inside and patiently waited in line as the two workers present gave main priority to the customers going through the drive-thru. When we were finally acknowledged, the girl taking our order stopped multiple times to listen to her headset, not paying attention and asked us to repeat our orders. After the second time she did that we left without ordering. Deciding that it could have possibly been an off day on our first visit, my husband and I tried again a few days later. This time we went through the drive-thru lane. We sat for over 10 minutes at the speaker box without ever being acknowledged. The restaurant was open, there were customers and workers inside. Not once were we told “Please pardon the delay, we will be with you in one moment.” Needless to say we drove away and will not be returning. The customer service there is understaffed and way...
Read more*Edited-- Pictures included... Hashbrowns were very awful, soggy, stuck together, not hot or fresh. I always ask when order seems a bag short "Everything is in there right like the hashbrowns & mini everything bagel bites?". The gentleman in drive-thru says "Yes". Of course, no it wasn't included, so I pull back around drive-thru. Staff is incredibly apologetic & bring food upon being parked after a few min. Np right, expecting the food to be fresh & delish?... worst hashbrowns ever. The avocado toast had a ton of seasoning which was all on one corner. The iced Matcha tasted like straight milk. Maybe, today was an off day. Giving everyone (& hopefully their manager) a heads-up if they care to read reviews. Staff is still incredibly friendly, clean & some off the food & other beverage was decent.
