Fork'et Me Not — Restaurant in Nags Head

We eere at to Ohio State fair, up from Texas. We came across this food truck and man are their burgers good. There are alot of different burgers out there and everyone is trying to put their spin on them to make theirs stand out, these guys got it dialed in. The meat has great flavor, sliced onions grilled on the meat. The pickles have a good crunch and they are not overly sour. The bun is fluffy and light with a touch of sweet. Sauce is creamy with a flavor that just complements it all. The only bad thing I could even come up with is that I could use more cheese, but that just because I like cheese and the cheese they use is great. The fries are a mix of different shapes which is cool it makes them stand out. I like mine a little crisper, and of corse with cheese. The staff is awsome, very friendly people, with good commutation skills (something that is lacking in today's world). I was greated with a smile and a "how are you today!". When our name was called we once again received a smile. Our order was correct and we were thanked for our business. We walked with everything we had ordered and felling like valued customers. I hired Forket Me Not to cater and bartend my wedding and I cannot express how excellent Kerstin and her team were in planning and executing the event and our guests are still raving about the food. They provided appetizers, a range of options for dinner, and even made wrap platters as a late night meal and everything was devoured. I also had several guests tell me how much they loved the bartenders and how great and fun the bar service was. I searched for months for the right caterer in OBX and was shocked by the expensive catering quotes I received and felt stuck with a traditional wedding menu until I found Forket Me Not. The Everhearts brought their food truck to our beach rental for my rehearsal dinner. Talk about a wow factor! I had never eaten their food before but after reading the menus & looking at photos months prior, I had to have them. Originally, Kerstin informed they were not going to be able to come due to working a festival, but the fair was postponed & they willingly came to our rescue (on her husband's birthday).
