Arctic Circle — Restaurant in Nampa

I was was suffering from heat stroke on a day it's was over hundred degrees out side I went in to recover. The first thing I noticed was a disgusting bathroom. The walls toilet sink were all cover in Filth. I believe there was escrement all over the sink. I was throwing up water as fast as I can drink it. I was suffering. I could not breathe and some young girl comes up to me and tells me. I have to leave the story because I'm upsetting their customers. There were 4 customers in there. One of them was right next to the bathroom never came up with the idea of move. I told the young girl to get out of my face. Next thing I know that manager's coming out telling me no, you have to leave and I call it an ambulance for you. I never asked for anybody to call an outlets. Just looking for a cool place to recover. I never saw anything escalate so fast. I was surrounded by the entire staff, yelling at me. Followed me out of the store. One man was itching for a fight, accused me of being on drugs. I don't know what heat's stroke. Looks like to somebody but maybe. He was trying so hard for me to hit him, but I was too weak and I don't hit people. They had trespassed out of their business The whole time this guy's telling me he loves me. As he's escalating a fight just strange and all I was doing was trying to leave. I have to say the Adrenaline, help me get through the heat stroke. And I got myself home after talking to emergency personnel for twenty minutes. I never cared for their food. I went and bought a sandwich, but I did not eat as payment to sit in there lobby. The only time you could call an ambulance for somebody, as if they asked you two unless you're unconscious. There was no compassion, none just a escalation of nonsense. I tried to walk away and they followed me out to the parking lot insisting I get off their property. This is all over a heat stroke. How do you treat a hit heat stroke? You get out of the heat? It was like they had to get the last word and they did . There's solution with to call the police. Every body know Arctic circles food is nasty. Ice cream is good. Just kinda disappointed in people in general at this point. I was able to get out of the heat soon after. But all that was just silly period. Emergency personnel were very kind, very patient and understood that I didn't have insurance. And I couldn't go get a thousand dollar salt bag. For example, clean your nasty bathrooms. They were mad at me for action that I had to them calling emergency personnel without my permission. And kicking me out of the store. I was actually trying to leave, and they just continued to escalate and escalate. I asked him to stop talking. Just stop talking to me that I was leaving. I would call corp, but any business has bathrooms like that doesn't care about their customers. I hope somebody finds this review and the incompetent staff is put in check. It reminded me of a trailer park Somehow I pissed the trailer park off. Disgusting arctic circle disgusting. And do the man who was working there? Who was making the most fuss? What led you to being a burger cook in your late 40s. Maybe you should not take out your poor life...

Went to the arctic circle on 3rd st tonight after driving all day to get home from a trip. It was late but not overly late. Got there around 8pm and went through the drive through. When I ordered I specifically asked for both white sauce and fry sauce to go with the two meals. At the window, the guy was busy chatting with his coworkers most of the time. He only stopped long enough to hand me the drinks, then asked for payment before going back to talking to them. I mean, his interaction with me was very minimal all in all. When the food was finally ready, I specifically asked if he had included BOTH the fry sauce AND white sauce as I accepted the food, and he said “yes I already put them in the bags.” He wasn’t even friendly about it. It was like he was waiting for me to go so he could go back to chatting with his coworkers. When i got home, there wasn’t any white sauce at all. Just extra fry sauce. This is the second time they’ve done this in under two months of going. It’s why I made sure to ask upon ordering, then ask again at the window. His attitude was so dismissive. Every other arctic circle I’ve gone to has been great. And weirdly, the double cheeseburger was overly salty… like someone had dumped a bunch on it. Over all, tonight was...

I’m super disappointed with the customer service. I only ever get chicken rings for food at this location so when they were out today I got my niece chicken strips instead. At the speaker I asked for a kids two piece and repeated myself three times because they couldn’t hear me which is understandable. When they finally heard they asked me again if I wanted a two piece and I said yes. They rung me up for a halibut meal instead and when they read me the price I knew something was off so I asked at the window. They showed me what I ordered and I let them know politely that I didn’t order the halibut and I ordered. chicken strips. The girl at the window was visibly upset I corrected my order and the girl in the back was talking LOUDLY about how annoyed she was. I work at a Dairy Queen: I understand how it can be stressful when busy but the attitude will only turn customers away especially when I was nothing but nice.
