If I were only rating the pizza it would have been a 5 star event. My issue is with what transpired when my 8 year old grand daughter had to go to the bathroom. She asked politely. She waited until the associate recognized her and she was given a flat no. She gave no explanation and I had to send all of my granddaughters together to find a bathroom. I was briefly visiting the city and my girls were hungry. One of my granddaughters is a diabetic and the youngest is 5!!! I am disabled and could not walk with them nor had no idea of where to go for help. I waited until my pizza was boxed then asked why would she not let a kid use the bathroom. Especially when no other customers came in during the time period of our pizza cooking. 15minutes? The phone did not ring, store was not busy at all. The young lady at that time explained that her regional Mgr directed her not to allow any one past the counter. She did not call the manager in charge until I asked for her name on the 4th time. The manager responded with less of an attitude. I said my piece and the girls came back successful. I let them order their sauces. I wonder if the employee would have enjoyed mopping up the tinkle. Read moreI visited this location on Thursday night. April 27th. I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 orders of wings and cheesy bread. The girl told me it'll be like 10-15 min. I Said okay cool, I'll wait in my car. And she said okay and I paid...I sat in my car for about 20 min. Went in and checked at that point. The response was, "uh... what was your order again?" And they walked away without giving me and update and then proceeded to avoid me. There were 2-3 other customers in the store experiencing similar service. I asked again about my order and they asked me AGAIN, "uhhh, sorry what did you order again?" And they told me they forgot to put the order in and it would be another 10-15 min....this was at the 45 min mark. They offered me extra free cheesy bread as an apology. Sidenotes: the two at the cash registers were a young male and young female who couldn't keep their hands off each other and distracting one another from work. I'm a very patient person but this was beyond unacceptable. I get they are young and this is their first job, but I noticed that even the manager, althought was physically present, did nothing, had headphones in and wouldn't come to the front....
Read moreI used to eat food from here twice a month for as long as I've lived here in Nampa. It's been a staple of family events, and some dinner gatherings are $700.00+ before tip when I'm hosting the whole family. Not any more.
They now use DoorDash. The Dasher accepted the order, and then showed up at the store 3-5 minutes after my order was placed. Pizza doesn't cook in 3 minutes, and the Dasher cancelled the order rather than leaving it for another agent to pickup when it was ready.
LC claimed it was DD, and of course DD claimed it was LC. Ultimately LC placed the charge on my card so they got to hear about it for the duration of the refund.
Almost four months after my order was placed I finally got the refund. Not the same day, not the next day, but four months later. And this is after five Managers, two corporate representatives, and even a Lawyer.
