let me just start this off by saying i work in the food service industry i know it can be a stressful job so it’s never my intention to leave a bad review but wow was i shocked at the service id received my first time through the drive through after i get my food i was a little disappointed with how unprofessional the person who took my order was he was very blunt and obviously annoyed at the thought of me ordering food but when i did id specifically specified no lettuce tomatoes or mayo on my spicy chicken sandwhich he then say “so plan” in the same fed up voice i chalked it up to them just have been stressed over a recent rush granted i was the only one in the drive through at the time but when i get home i noticed my chicken sandwich had mayo and at this point even with the rude worker who took my order and handed my food and made it wrong i still wasn’t ready to file a complaint im a very understanding person but when i go back to fix my order the attitude ranks up times ten then tried to make it my mistake and said plan means it still comes with sauce which doesn’t even make sense since i listed each individual ingredient i didn’t want not only that but it took over 12 minutes to remake one sandwhich they had my pull forward and wait while the store and drive through was empty normally i have to do this and it’s no big deal but 12+ minutes for one chicken sandwhich is ridiculous a person came and order and received their food before i even got mine when “Aiden” came out and brought me my food i kindly asked for his name and wished him a goodnight and drive away not wanting to escalate things anymore since these people were clearly having a bad day and taking it out on a customer i was so sure they purposes made me wait i checked the hotness of my “fresh” new chicken sandwhich they remade which wasn’t even the spicy one i asked for and it was cold i hope at least one person takes the time to read this and makes a second thought about going...
Read moreI hardly ever write reviews because I try to give people a benefit of the doubt.I’ve come to this location three times and will be looking for a different location. This lady named Kari, was talking bad about the person who was ordering while I was trying to pay for my food at the window (first incident). Second time I did a mobile order-carry out to avoid drive through and stuff was missing. Third incident which happened today, Kari the same lady from the first incident, was beyond rude to me when I went through the drive-through. I had placed a mobile order once again, and when I went to go pick it up, there was nothing on the counter. I decided to go through the drive-through since I have my little ones in the car. When I went to the microphone to let them know what was going on, Kari proceeded to say that there was no order for my name then she asked me if I had placed it under the right location I had said yes and she’s like well, I don’t have an order for you. She said to give her a minute then she found my order and said to proceed window #2. I go, and she proceeds to continue saying how I placed it for a mobile order and that the food was been sitting there for a while, which was a lie I told her I had gone in there, and there was nothing on the counter. Kari said well it was there and then gave it to me doing faces and being rude! She definitely doesn’t know how to talk to people and show be moved from the...
Read moreI ordered a combo: Dave’s Single, medium fries, and a medium Coke. Simple, right? Nope. When I got home and checked my bag, surprise—no fries.
So, I went back to get what I paid for, receipt in hand, ready to solve the mystery. But the lady at the counter acted like my order was a fairy tale—she said she never received it and refused to even look or scan my receipt. Seriously? That’s like refusing to check the proof that you owe me fries.
Not giving up, I returned a second time. Same woman, same story—except this time I made her look at the receipt. She argued with me, handed over my fries (which were cold, by the way), and then had the nerve to say, “Don’t bring receipts in again…” in the most unfriendly and rude way possible. How exactly am I supposed to prove I bought something if I’m not allowed to show the receipt? Genius!
If you want your order treated like it actually exists and served with decent customer service, skip Garrity Wendy’s and head straight to the 12th Avenue or Caldwell Blvd locations. Those...
