Einstein Bros. Bagels absolutely nailed it on my recent visit. I ordered a variety of items to get a full experience, and every bite and sip was a delight.

What I Ordered: • Bacon, Avocado, Tomato, and Egg Sandwich: This sandwich was everything I hoped for. The bacon was crisp, the avocado fresh, and the egg perfectly cooked. The flavors blended beautifully, and the bagel itself was soft and fresh, adding just the right amount of chewiness. • All Nighter Egg Sandwich: A hearty, satisfying option packed with flavor. The smoky bacon, melty cheese, and seasoned egg made this sandwich a standout. It was a delicious choice for a filling breakfast. • Large Cold Brew: The coffee was smooth, rich, and refreshing—perfect for starting my morning. It had just the right amount of boldness without being bitter, pairing well with both the sandwiches and the pastry. • Strawberry Cream Strudel: This was hands-down the star of the visit. The pastry was flaky and buttery, and the strawberry cream filling was sweet and tangy. It was the perfect treat to round out the meal.

Overall Experience: The flavors were fantastic across the board, and everything tasted fresh, like it had just been made. The pricing was also very reasonable, especially given the quality and portion sizes. Each item hit the spot, and I left feeling satisfied and impressed.

Some of the best employees and people i ever been around, they’re genuinely 80% of the reason i go at this point (except for the bagels). They’re incredible at what they do. Focused, driven and the work ethic is over the top while not missing a single customer. I ain’t got time here to say how welcoming and hospitable they really are, see for yourself.

On a side note, the bagels are practically kissed by Gods Grace every time, by the way. Especially the cinnamon sugar. It’s genuinely best and most cinnamon n sugar you’ll be able to find in the bay area. I’ve spent weeks comparing it to every noah’s bagels in the area, this one got documentation.

The Maplehouse never misses by the way, they got a salmon bagel thing, i know that’s important to some...

I had the most amazing experience at Einstein Bros. Bagels today, and I just had to share! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm, inviting aroma of freshly baked bagels. The staff were super friendly, and Maddy, who helped me at the counter, was especially welcoming. She had a great attitude and was so knowledgeable about their menu.

I decided to try the classic everything bagel with cream cheese, and wow, it did not disappoint! The bagel was perfectly toasted—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside—and the cream cheese was spread just right. Maddy even suggested I try their cinnamon sugar bagel next time, and I’m already looking forward to it.
