I arrived just after opening at 11am, to check out the new location and place an order. I absolutely love WingStop and have been so excited for this location to open. I had heard horrible reviews since they opened there doors, and needed to find out for myself.
Upon walking in I saw the three small tables lined up against the wall with two sets of people sitting and waiting for their order. I placed my order for two 10pc combos and asked about how long the wait would be, but no worries I am in no rush.. the cashier told me it shouldn't be more that 20-25 minutes at the most. I said not a problem I am gunna go run around and be back for my order.
I left, went to Target and Jamba Juice, went back to WingStop to grab my order, cause it had been 30 minutes, when I arrived back WINGSTOP the two tables with guests had still not gotten their orders. So I know mine wasn't going to be ready.
I figured I would fill up my sodas for my combos and be ready to go when my food was done, but there was no ice in the soda machine... nor ANY soda.. I asked if they could please replace the syrups for their soda machine when they get a chance. The cashier said that they would.
I waited another 45 minutes before I got my order. They didn't give me any of my dips. The fries were so saturated in grease, they weren't even edible. I tried throwing them in my air fryer at home to bring them to life, but still nasty.
To say I was let down by our new Napa WINGSTOP location would be an understatement. Who ever owns this WINGSTOP needs to care more... You have no lobby trash can, your employees do not greet your customers, this store is brand new and already looks like trash.. the soda machine was already broken and looked gross and not clean. Training your employees properly should be more important than just opening your doors.
I 100% blame the owner of this establishment for not providing the proper training and care for their store and their employees.
If you want WINGSTOP, just go to American Canyon.

Waited an hr and 30 minutes to get my food only for them to miss a whole meal I had ordered and the fries were cold and soggy. Dasher said they gave my order to someone else so they had to wait for them to remake my order. Second time I ordered the order wasnt going through on the app, so I called and no answer. Went in to let them know the issue online their whole system was down so they couldnt even take orders in store or online. Third time I ordered in store they took a whole hr to get my 20 wings order made! This fifth and last time I ordered online, went in gave my name they said they were just waiting on the fries. They gave me my bag I decided to open it at that same moment and my fries were cold and soggy. I let the lady know how did she tell me they were waiting on the fries and gave me some cold fries!??? Lady took them back and came back with the same fries but hot. I feel like she just microwaved them because they did not taste fresh! I also asked for boneless wings and they were classic! Smh . Read moreWent in at a slow time of day so nobody was in there. We ordered our food at 3:06pm. The cashier told us our food would be ready in 15 mins. After 15 mins,!the employees were still serving online orders so customers were coming in & out. So we went back in to see if our order was ready, they said they’re still working on it.
We got our bag at exactly 3:36pm. So it took twice the amount of time they told us. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt because the food tastes alright. We also didn’t get napkins. Can’t forget basic things like that.

The employees don’t show ANY professionalism. The employees need to pick up the pace & prioritize ALL orders, not just online orders. Speed is the main issue here. Fix that & I’ll consider...
