In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Napa

I came to this In-N-Out last night at 1:20am and I went through the drive-thru. I ordered two cheeseburgers (no onion no tomato). I paid at the first window then went to the second withdow after they served the other cars. I got my food and went and parked to eat. When I pulled out my burger there was NO patty and they added ketchup on it! So then I pulled out my other burger and the same thing! So I checked my receipt to see what it said and it showed “2 cheeseburgers -no tomato” which is what I asked for but not what I received. So I went back through the drive-thru since they were still serving cars. I was the 5th car back and I sat at the intercom politely and said “excuse me” I waited and nothing. So when I finally got up to the window there was a man standing there he instantly closed the window and ignored my presence. So when I got to the second window there was a lady standing there with the window already closed also ignoring me being there. I said “excuse me” about 5 times and she just didn’t acknowledge me. So I politely honked and still nothing. I saw people still dining inside so I pulled up to the front. I parked grabbled the food and the receipt from the order they messed up and waited till someone walked out so I could get my order fixed. I got to the front counter where I waited 5 minuets until being helped from 1 of the 7+ employees working there. She asked what she could help me with and I explained how my order got messed up and if it could get fixed. She said “give me one second I’ll get you your food, be right back” then another gentleman asked the same question and I explained again he said the same thing as his coworker. Then the manager came out and asked what happened I explained to him and he told me they couldn’t fix the order. That I’d have to come back the next day. Been going to in n out for the longest time and I am incredibly pleased with it. It's evidently my favorite place. I have friends all the way from Chicago that don't get my fast food experience. I bring them boxes when I go visit and they all love it. They have high quality food and I feel like workers are very consistent and are very polite. My favorite are the animal fries lol with extra spread. I go to the same exact location every time, which is here in Napa. I drive 30 - 40 minutes just to get the burgers and fries. The Drive through is always really long. But it's worth it. However, Today I was eating the burger and I realized there was hair in it (That's why I'm writing this review). I threw it away and grab another one but that also had hair in it. I ended throwing all my burgers away. I was utterly disgusted and I threw all of them away. I was disappointed with the presentation too. The onions were hanging onto the side and my mom had bought 15 to give to my family back in Chicago and I'm really scared that they won't end up liking it if there are hairs in the food. I hope the restaurant replaces the workers to better ones. Please make sure you are choosing the right workers and the ones who won't put hair in their food. Just wear hairnets please . Really...

I almost never write reviews but this time I was so impressed I had to. My boyfriend and I walked into this in and out and from the walk in were impressed to see how clean and tidy the establishment was. Although everyone we encountered there was great! I have to be specific to one in and out member. I do not know his name and I hate to use someone ethnicity to speak about them but we never got this man’s name. He is an Asian male at this in and out establishments and when I tell you that he is AMAZING! We have never experienced customer service like this especially as a fast food joint. This man was handing out orders, sweeping. Picking up napkins from the floor. We were trying to figure out where to toss the trash (were from ny didn’t know the in and out protocols lol) and he came up to us and he did not let us toss our own trash! He took it all and was such a bright and happy individual! He goes around table by table asking if you need anything! He truly impressed us! In and out Napa you need to put your focus on this man!
