Today I visited your store two times once at 10 am in morning which it always a good experience and good food. The reason I am giving you 5 stars is because tonight around 11:10pm I returned and it's a Friday night late so there is always a line but the crew that was there was great. It did not take more than 10 minutes to get from over flow line to the window it was fantastic and I thanked them. They made my order right and I'm one of those no this or that all plain meat and cheese person I'm sure they hate to get on a busy night. They were truly nice and when I asked why the young lady said because I truly like my job. Which I rarely here anymore from anyone. So thanks so much night crew!! Fantastic food and great service with a smile which is what I needed today. For any manager reading this fri- Sun night please please get them at least one more person there long lines and it's approximately 20 min. Wait to order on those days, after the inside closes up and those associates take a lot of abuse from customers who aren't so understanding and are always very polite. Thanks...

She gave great customer service even when the wait time was long and it was a stressful situation with an overwhelming amount of orders. DoorDashing there later is tough due to the layout of the drive through, and thatās not an issue with the employees. People cut, the line can get long, yada yada. There should be a limit on the DoorDash app or at least have a way to put estimated wait times for customers so they know what to expect and to not overwhelm staff. Also TacoBell could set a cap on orders online or do something, ANYTHING to help out their hard working employees.
I ordered three tacos and nachos and so they asked me to drive around front and they would bring it to me after waiting 10 minutes I went inside and the manager said itās not ready yet. I waited and then they gave me my food. I took a glance in the bag to make sure everything was there as another customer was in the store saying he had to drive back because he did not get all of his food, and when I got home and open my taco it had about 2 teaspoons of meat in each taco and so I called the Taco Bell and told him and he said if you want to drive back, we will fix it and I said no but you need to train your employees and I asked him his name and he asked me what I said and I said I asked for your name, and then he paused and hung up on me .
