This store has the feel and look of Olivander's Wand Shop in Diagon Alley.
I went to the store looking for empty wine boxes. They had a small selection on hand. The owner(?) was really helpful and threw in a cigar box too. I offered to pay for one or both and she kindly told me they were free. I had some cash with me but my offer was refused. Her actions were enough to bring me back into the store when leaving town. This time I was looking for a bottle of wine to take home to my wife in Iowa. There was a guy working (co-owner?). I explained him to him what I was looking for and he immediately grabbed the right bottle.
My wife was so happy she's saving it for inauguration day to hopefully celebrate the beginning of a new day in America.
Service is one thing; service with kindness, understanding and patience is something to be treasured....

The owners were both incredibly helpful and friendly, and took the time to explain the difference between a few different kinds of port that I was looking at.
