Napa Valley Wine & Cigar — Restaurant in Napa

This store has the feel and look of Olivander's Wand Shop in Diagon Alley.

I went to the store looking for empty wine boxes. They had a small selection on hand. The owner(?) was really helpful and threw in a cigar box too. I offered to pay for one or both and she kindly told me they were free. I had some cash with me but my offer was refused. Her actions were enough to bring me back into the store when leaving town. This time I was looking for a bottle of wine to take home to my wife in Iowa. There was a guy working (co-owner?). I explained him to him what I was looking for and he immediately grabbed the right bottle.

My wife was so happy she's saving it for inauguration day to hopefully celebrate the beginning of a new day in America.

Service is one thing; service with kindness, understanding and patience is something to be treasured....

This place is a hidden gem! The owners Carrie and Randy are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of both wine and cigars and will take the time to personalize your shopping experience in their store. Their inventory is stocked full of everything from value items to rare and impossible to find anywhere else luxury items. They each have decades of experience and are able to find exactly what you are looking for and can tell you all the details of each and every product in their store. This is an amazing place to find wines from famous Napa wine makers at a fraction of the price normally found in other stores. Great value, great customer service, and...

I don't know a lot about wine, so I get a little intimidated with buying it (especially when I'm looking for something less expensive), but I had a great experience here! The owners were both incredibly helpful and friendly, and took the time to explain the difference between a few different kinds of port that I was looking at. They made my fiancé and I feel SO comfortable and I didn't feel judged at all for looking at lower priced bottles. I cannot recommend this...
