The staff were super friendly but apparently they forgot to wash their hands after visiting the bathroom.
They also forgot to follow other standard food-safety procedures such as keeping hot food sufficiently hot and perishable cold foods cold.
How do I know this?
My wife and I had lunch 2 weeks ago and we both had explosive diarrhea five times thereafter over the next 10 hours (pardon the graphic details but you need to know!)
Was it just a coincidence? Did we have "the flu? Unfortunately not for those people who may consider or have already eaten at Chipotle.
My wife's hair dresser and her husband also ate there the same day at lunch and developed even more alarming symptoms of food poisoning which included violent and persistent vomiting as well as loose frequent smelly bowel movements.
Oh...and the food was rather bland and without much flavor.
Was it reasonably priced? No.
They probably need to charge a lot of $$$ because it's a new facility in the very expensive real estate Napa Valley region.
PS. Does the chosen name of their development make any sense...Napa Crossing south? ...
Read moreI went to this place today, the manager is so friendly and the staff is great. There was a lady in front of me who was SOOO UPSET she looked like she was going to punch someone because the guy served her "so much rise." The Manager was nice enough to give it to her for free. I just cant believe that they kept calm though the entire situation, I was internally heated because the client was so rude to them yet they were smiling and being kind the entire time. I just felt like I needed to say something about it and this is my way to cope. Five stars all the way.
If you're complaining and upset about having too much rise on your burrito you should think about what you're angry for. I have personally been in a situation where I was starving and complaining about food in such a manner is rather rude. I would understand if a customer complains about a hair or something they're allergic to, but extra rise.

Initially, they messed up one of my tacos. What happens next, if so cool the young lady says I apologize. I could take the chicken off put it on the side and give you the meat you wanted? So I agreed and she still gave me the chicken. It was good. I ate it with my chips.
I feel most of the time people say all the company wants us to throw it away because of pettiness and spite.
