AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! Just had the worst dining experience at this place!! Don't bother stopping by and especially not before closing. We made the mistake of coming in before they closed and there were still 3 other parties eating. When we received the food, the waitress did not come over at all to check on us. We had to ask for more water and the plates started piling up from the appitizer. She would glance over and just walk away. When the second to last party left they cut off the music, brought out the mop buckets, and insisted we pay them right then and there so they could close the register. We complied though were still eating. They just kept glancing and watching us eat. It was so uncomfortable. It was confirmed that they were indeed just waiting for us to finish because as soon as I put my fork down she came and snatched my plate. We asked for a box for my wife because she still wasn't done. The waitress grabbed the check, card, and went to grab a box. When she brought the receipt to be signed I filled it out as 0 tip and totalled. I make it a habit to pay tips in cash because it processes on my account faster. She came to pick it up and said, "$0 tip!" And then took it away, talking to her coworker about us in another language angrily. I then couldn't keep my cool, I yelled, "I only tip cash but if you're gonna complain like that you're not getting anything!" And left. Horrible horrible service, mind you we only stayed 20 min...
Read moreI went there with my wife and we ordered an appetizer of Rody naan bread and what came out was basically one piece of naan bread that was cut into 8 small slices. They brought out Curry dipping sauce which was the amount that you would find in a shot glass, or 1 oz. This is no joke. And also it was the amount of cucumber and other spices. I was flabbergasted at the amount of food, or rather lack thereof.
I asked the waitress if I could have another slice of naan bread to which she refused, however I could get another one if I paid for it. Paying $9 for this was beyond ridiculous and scalping the customer. I asked if the manager was there and she said that he was not. A few minutes later I saw the owner walk-in and I know it was him because my wife knows this. They failed to inform him of my concern or complaint. This is a complete lack of respect for the customer. Needless to say I will never go back to this place.
Sure, every business needs to make a profit but this is just ridiculous. There are better Thai restaurants and many more to choose from....
Read moreOur experience tonight makes it hard to believer other reviews are real. Service was fine, if nothing special, but the food was about the most bland I've ever tasted. The "spicy" papaya salad was drenched in fish sauce, the only flavor it had--and the papaya was hard as nails, with no spice in evidence. And not a shrimp in sight. Bad start, but then it got worse. How can you screw up Tom Yum soup? It was so sour and so tart it made my teeth hurt, and, again, was still somehow bland. We had hopes for the BBQ Tiger steak dish, but it was just a piece of skirt steak lightly grilled, with dipping sauce and a few pieces of salad. Seriously? This was not anything close to authentic Thai, nor was it cutting edge. Maybe the real chef had the night off? I virtually never leave the server without a tip, but there wasn't any other way to send a message after looking at the bill for a totally unsatisfying experience. Need I say we...
