Bad experience.i usually go to this place. Today we went inside, so kids can pick donuts. We ordered donuts and Ice cream. Two ladies are there one lady give ice cream other one took donuts order and payment. I ordered ice cream donuts for kids and a cappuccino and was waiting for more than 5 min to get my cappuccino. Because we are waiting one of us usws rest room and came, still our order is not ready. I noticed she gave two coffee to some one in drive thro and still I didn't get my orders. So I said I ordered a cappuccino I have to go back to game can you give it . Indian lady who took my order( I m also an Indian and I don't want other person get blame of her behavior), said she is not simply standing there she is working. I was shocked. I said did I say that ? she told me in a rude way and face " you implied it", I said this is not how you talk to customers. Can you give me my cappuccino? Then she turned around and said some thing bad. So I left the place and told her she can have my cappuccino for free...if you employee rude people to work then you will loose regular customers. I don’t understand how this franchise remains open, now I am very patient when it comes to waiting since I know many locations are short staffed but one morning I went into this Dunkin’ with my friend and the guy messed up my order and we had been waiting 15 minutes as it is and when my order was finally done I get the incorrect food, I told the “manager” if that’s what you can call a manager my order was wrong and instead of making it right and giving me my correct order he stated I’m the one who didn’t order correctly when my friend was there and he even repeated the order out loud back to us. So why wouldn’t he provide great customer service and own up to his mistake and make it right ?? That’s exactly why I rather spend the extra money and go to Starbucks because at least I know they’ll do anything to make it right especially when they know they were in the wrong. Read more3 strikes it’s time to leave a review. I’ve had the same or similar problems each time so I’ll just outline my latest experience with this store. Only car in drive thru but waited a few minutes to have order taken and had a several minute long wait at the window to pay. There was a terrible cleaning product smell coming through the window. Reminded me of the types of cleaner used in daycares and hospitals and I lost my appetite. Did not receive everything I ordered and had to go back to the store to get my missing items. No one at the counter and a few equally annoyed customers waiting around for their orders. Took a couple minutes to get an employees attention and get the remainder of my order.
