Absolutely horrific costumer service! I ordered my unwich from the app with tons of extra's on there like Dijon mustard and extra cucumbers but also several things like bacon, extra turkey and extra avocado that are extra cost. This plus a bag of chips and tip brought my total to $18.35, which is freaking expensive but I paid because I wanted it hey way I wanted it. It was delivered to my office where upon eating it I realized it that all of the extra items I had requested and paid for with the exception of lettuce was not in my unwich. When I called and spoke to the manager he first told me that he made my unwich and put all the items on it, to which I replied that maybe he made the unwich I ordered and it went to someone else then because this was clearly not my mine. He then told me they were very busy and would get me my original order when they could and asked that I provide them with the uneaten portion of my unwich so they can use it as a learning tool. I said why would you need that and he said so the person who made my unwich could learn from his mistake and I said I thought you made it. So now I am getting mixed stories but at this point I want to resolve the issue so I said that was fine and did not eat the rest. This was at 12:20, at 3:35 I still had not received my original order and called them to find out what was going on and request that I now just get refunded. This time Tyler, the manager, tells me that he checked everything that was ordered and no other unwiches like mine were ordered around the same time I ordered mine nor did anyone call in with saying they received my order. I said so then we are clear that the unwich wasn't prepared correctly and he starts saying how he prepared it and did it to my specifications and I said but earlier you said someone else must have prepared it. He says there is absolutely nothing he can do for me so I asked him for corporates phone number and told him I felt his customer service was seriously lacking, I then asked if there was an independent owner of that particular shop and became very snarky with me telling me he wouldn't tell me any other information that he had wasted enough time talking to me. Read moreI am not a person who does good/bad reviews but today I had such a bad one. I had a terrible experience today with my delivery order today. I originally ordered for Delivery and I had a credit on my account so I called to get that fixed and was on the phone with the manager(forgot her name) for a while trying to fix that amount of order. She had told me one thing and then another was not very clear with me. Then I finally had it taken care of then I was on Lunch for my job the entire time I was on the phone which I should of had it deliver by then. So I asked if I could go pick up and she said no because she had to re do the sale again not giving me an option. All I wanted is to get my food quick for my lunch and make it easier on them. I had such a bad experience that i decided not to tip today when the delivery driver finally delivered my food he complained about no tip and was very rude to me screamed across the office that I work at, in front of patients. He said that "If I don't tip I should just go pick it up myself" I notified him that I did offer to pick up but I was told no. This experience is the worst I ever had with this business. Our office orders here all the time. I personally will not be ever ordering here (this location) ever again. I was also denied a refund for my order after I called back and told the manager the situation. I do not think she will address this with the delivery guy. Read moreWe have ordered plenty from here. This is also not the first time this has happened to us. So I feel it's time to review. This is actually the 4th time we have ordered for delivery and never received our food. We live only 5 mins driving away from establishment. 1 mile away. When tracker says eat I know they didn't come. They did text and we did answer the text. No calls. I called store. The person said he was my delivery guy abd he did call me multiple times and no one called back. Never acknowledged that he texted and we did answer his question. He then said he would send it abd hung up on me. When a person finally arrived. He would not speak. I said hi when answering door he glared at me. I took the box typically they ask me if they can keep it. I said thank you to him. He glared at me and rolled his eyes and walked away. No speaking. I spent over $50 with a tip to be treated like a waste of their time, to be lied on, and to not be spoken to when finally coming. The last time the manager fixed it by refunding my money and sending it again for free. That was 3rd time it had happened. This time I, the paying customer who tipped said driver, got treated horribly. Drivers wonder why they don't get tips, it's because of the bad attitude ones out there that ruins it...
