I cannot believe this restaurant is on 5th Ave. My fiance had just gotten out of work and we wanted to grab a quick bite and drink. This is the third time we've been here and the second time for dinner. It was a nice night and we wanted to sit outside, there was a single 4 top available and I asked the host if we could sit there he said the table was already reserved and it would be about a 5 minute wait for another table, which was fine. We went to the bar and ordered a drink, no more than 5 minutes later he told us our table was ready and walked away with no attempt to show us to our table. As we walked outside I saw that there were now 3 4-top tables so I asked him again if we could sit there as I prefer the room over the VERY small 2 tops. He again said we could not sit there because they are "reserved", which made no sense to me, we arrived at 9:30pm on a Wednesday during off season. My fiance then went to go find our server to ask him and as she walked past their computer (she is a manager at another restaurant) she saw that there were NO reservations for the rest of the night. The server asked someone if we could sit at a larger table and we were immediately moved without issue. By the time we sat down a total of 4 4 top tables were open excluding the one we were sitting in. The host was attempting to pull people off the street to eat and convinced one family to stay and gave them a 4 top next to us (3 people total) then about 10 minutes later a couple showed up and was chatting with another server who they were obviously friends with, he immediately gave them a 4 top. It was obvious at this point the 4 tops were "reserved" for friends and people the host couple pulled off the street. I finished my drink while eating my entree but our server never came back to check on us, he did check on 2 2-tops that had young women he could flirt with many times. The host also checked on the table that he pulled off the street consistently. We didn't see our server for another 25 minutes. I asked for the check and boxes and then another few minutes later he came back and dropped them off. It took another 10 minutes before he picked up the check and closed us out. The service was appalling and completely unacceptable for 5th Ave Naples. We've since learned that this is par for the course for this restaurant from friends and customers that have been there before. Too bad we didn't know this beforehand.

The food was extremely disappointing as well. I ordered a pizza which was dry and floppy, my fiance ordered pasta which was bland and the sauce did not reflect what was described on the menu. Would not recommend it...
