Do yourself a favor, eat somewhere else or drive 15 minutes to another chipotle.
The last 5 or 6 times coming here I have thought to myself “self, why do we keep coming back here?”
I am not one to typically write bad reviews but this has to be the worst chipotle ever..
HORRIBLE CULTURE. THE STAFF could care less about you as a customer. They seem annoyed that customers show up to eat.
They will straight up lie to your face and are completely indifferent about it.
Let’s start with shortages. Being out of something isn’t that big of a deal today, so let me list a few of the recent things they were “out of”..
Rice, sour cream, fajitas or dressing for a salad, beans, garlic steak, lettuce, or dressing for a salad.. When you order they don’t bother to tell you oh by the way we don’t have dressing for your wifes salad.
They let you get all the way to the register before telling you that.
Knowing they are always out of something we check in at the register prior to ordering.. We asked if they had the GARLIC STEAK tonight.
They said “YES, it will be out in 5 minutes.” How about carnitas for my kids? “YES we have that too.” “The only thing we are missing is fajitas”.
I said great, thanked them and got in line behind 4 or 5 other people.
We start ordering for all 5 of us and when it gets to me, I realize they told 2 of my 3 kids they don’t have carnitas.. Even though they said they had carnitas 5 minutes ago.
I order.. NO GARLIC STEAK. Wait, what? I asked prior to ordering.. I will get chicken I guess. I asked again y’all just told me the garlic steak would be out in 5 minutes.
Kid goes back to check. Yup, “NO GARLIC STEAK”. 🤦♂️
My wife orders her salad and we get to the register to pay for all the food.
After we pay, they tell her, NO DRESSING for the salad.
So my wife says can I have some limes maybe? Girl half bothered goes to check if they have any.
My wife then asks for chips. Do you think they had chips?
Yes they did! But “ONLY FOR ONLINE ORDERS”
“No chips for you” I honestly thought this has to be a practical joke, hidden camera somewhere.
NOPE. They were serious.
I had already paid. So as hungry as we all were I said that’s it. Keep your food and give me a refund please.
Do you think anyone apologized?...
Read moreI have worked at Chipotle for 6 years, 4 of the years being at Amherst st location. On Sunday i had ordered take-out. Walking in it was the dirtiest dining area I have ever seen, every table was dirty, the drink station was all wrecked and the ice machine wasn't able to be used because the nozzle to get the ice wasn't attached. Mind you it was 4 that I went to pick up my order so the place wasn't busy at all. So the dining area should not have looked the way it was and not one person made an effort to go out and clean while I was waiting on my order. The back of the store was even worse. Every trash can overflowing dirty dishes seen, crew members talking about getting out on time instead of being concerned for the disgusting store that it was. When I received my food it was cold. I had waited to be taken care of for about 10 to 15 minutes before someone had asked me the name for the order. All along that I was waiting for my order it just sat there getting colder and colder. The person that gave me my order wasn't very thorough and I had to point out things that weren't with my order. I'm honestly really disappointed with how this store has run into the ground. I get it and how bad it could get.....but this was Sunday with people coming here and there but never a line to the point where crew members were to busy to be able to tend to cleaning. Instead they were worried about what time to get out. I seriously don't know how this store is still running. There is no care, the atmosphere wasn't very welcoming or clean for that matter and the food was cold and disappointing. I love chipotle but definitely have to say I don't think ill be coming back. Everytime I have gone to get food its always dirty and disappointing. I wish I had taken pictures honestly because the place was...
Read moreThis is the closest Chipotle near me, and unfortunately one of the most poorly run. Back when I was going into an office in Burlington, MA, I would go to Chipotle there for lunch sometimes and it was nearly always a 5/5 experience.
This Nashua location is failing on two major fronts: extremely long wait times and inconsistent meals.
For some bizarre reason, even though the city has dropped the mask ordinance and most adults in New England are vaccinated against COVID19, this Chipotle continues to have an 'online only ordering system. Still, you cannot go up to the line and talk them through your burrito order. So for dinner time, unless you order 45 minutes to an hour before you plan on picking your meal up, you will be waiting for the countless people ahead of you. Multile times I've waited more than 45 minutes, which is longer than it usually takes for most dine in restaurants to serve you an appetizer and entrée.
The other issue this causes, is you can't watch how they make your food so you never know what you're going to get. I always order the same thing. Some times it's so dry I need to add my own salsa, other times I feel like I'm drinking salsa and it's not even edible. Id say about 1 out of 5 fine burritos, is perfect and how I'd hope it would taste. And those 1 out of 5 times is so freaking delicious and addicting that even though this particular location is frustrating, I keep returning. So they're...
