As a loyal patron and stockholder of McD, I was absolutely repulsed by the front line female manager's tone, demeanor and treatment of myself and my partner tonight following an otherwise great day out on the town. It is true, my partner walked in with food from a different restaurant, but it's also true that my intent was to order for myself as well as order him a drink from this McD. I'm writing, however, given the fact that this enraged worker immediately rounded on us loudly as if we had just committed the worst crime in the world, having brought in a bag of food from the Panera next door. "He looks like he's about to camp out and dig in" per the manager. I calmly told her he was with me and that I was ordering for the both of us. Only later did she think to approach us and state "Just for the future, it's frowned upon to bring outside food in" but never once apologizing to us for her revolting professionalism and lack of customer support. We simply said ok to her and left it at that and left the facility immediately shortly after her short feedback. But I'm writing because we've never been the victim of such harsh and hateful customer relations before at any McD. And we'll never go back to this location especially since this was the first time we've ever visited this location and we now know what kind of person works here. I do not wish to be contacted by the manger, district manager or franchise operator of this location. McD Corporate may contact me via email. I do think my partner and I should be allowed some compensation or gift cards for having to endure the cruel behavior of the manager tonight. But her behavior seriously needs to be addressed with discipline and anger management class.    Read moreI have been waiting to visit this McDonaldâs for a long time as a matter fact I have been wanting to go to this McDonaldâs since they completed their remodel and I just was able to go last week and let me tell you something it was definitely worth the wait however then again it wasnât worth the wait I shouldâve come in a lot sooner as the service was simply amazing the staff and crew at this McDonaldâs are awesome. The food was ordered at their front counter as they still have front counter service and the food was delivered to our table hot and fresh And extremely tasty. I have worked for McDonaldâs in the past and even the McDonaldâs I worked for the food wasnât this good however this McDonaldâs takes pride in care in the food in which they are preparing selling and serving. They also paid a better wage the most McDonaldâs in the city of Nashua as I was told they pay us starting rate of about $12 an hour and thatâs not bad for a single person or person looking for a part-time job to get a little bit of money to help cover some costs.    Read morePlaced an order for take out a few days back, requested extra onions. Got the burgers home and they hardly had any onions at all. Stopped by when I could a few days later to tell them, spoke directly to the manager. Usually they'll give you an option to refund or replace, she gave me no option, which is fine. She goes out back (I can hear everything in the kitchen) and instead of just telling them to make two double cheeseburgers with extra onion, she starts telling them the whole story. To which the cook yells back,
âHe's a Fing liarâ... âSo he just ate those and now complains?â âIs he gona come back two days later and try to get 2 more free?â I could hear all of this, btw. The cook then starts laughing uncontrollably and goes really snarkily âHere, go ahead and give him THATâ. The so called manager then starts laughing as well, and comes to me with the bag and a BIG grin on her face and says real sarcastic, âI hope you enjoy those....â
