Salon Nashua — Local services in Nashua

One star is being generous. I've been going here since they opened and for whatever reason they have taken a turn for the worse. The owner (the guy) does a terrible job. I had a received a couple gift certificates that I had been using and tonight I used the last one I had, as I was paying he tells me "starting next week there will be a $23 limit on credit cards". He's been very rude to multiple people I know of that use this place and no one is going back because of him. He did my moms nails not to long ago, she wanted regular polish but he pushed her into getting shellac. He then some how smeared nail polish along the side of her finger and proceeded to try to cut it off after they were dry. She finally got up and left. The daughter is cute but I do not recommend this place at all. I will be going back...

So there’s MANY nail salons in Nashua....I’ve driven by there banner a couple times and figured I’d give them a try. It’s pretty hidden and off the main road. Can’t imagine they get much business. But anyways I went in for a minicure I had the male as my nail tech....he did not push back my cuticles he gave me a 20 second massage hardly took off any of the side thingys near nail. I felt as though it was rushed and my nails could be looking a lot healthier and more presentable if he had done his job. When you go to salons your supposed to feel a little pampered and I did not at all. I gave a 2 dollar tip which is VERY UNLIKE me but it was deserved. I’ve receieved WAY better service at other nail salons and have been pleased walking out the door. Will not...

I've never written a review before but felt compelled to for this experience. We were the only ones in the salon for a manicure and pedicure and as customers came in we were then RUSHED through our services with the nail techs taking short cuts (not filing fingernails properly making them feel rough along with not sealing edges with polish, smudged toes and not caring to retouch, asking us to wash our hands very fast to avoid wasting time, rushing through the curing process with shellac manicure (5 seconds under the UV light). Absolutely unacceptable. The nail technicians are unprofessional treating us like we were in a production line and speaking about us in their language. This is no way to run a business. You don't mock the hands...
