Wedding Planner here! I have worked with Berried N Cream Bakery several times now for various events (birthday parties, baby showers, and weddings). The cakes and the desserts they have provided have been vegan and/or gluten free and have looked fantastic! The presentation of the desserts and cakes is perfect and you can tell by the look of them that it is of quality ingredients. It is important for desserts/cake to look pretty, but more importantly it needs to taste good. From experience, everything I have tasted from Berries N Cream has been exceptional. I honestly couldn't tell if the desserts/cakes were gluten free/vegan. Everything tastes so good that I always go back for more! There are plenty of great tasting and pretty products that bakeries produced in the Nashville area, however one of the most noticeable things that sets Berries N Cream apart from the others is their customer service. Berries N Cream has excellent customer service! They work with you to provide the best cakes/desserts and even give you additional ideas & suggestions if you are struggling to make up your mind. Let me begin by saying this. I am a stickler for customer service. I have worked in fashion retail for 10+ years. I have had my fair share of customer service mishaps as everyone has especially when it comes to food. When I am searching for a place to eat, as someone who is BOTH vegan AND gluten free, there are times where I need a bit more attention than the average vegan. The FIRST place I go is Instagram to do my research 😉. I have to ask a LOT of questions. Chantal, the owner (and you say her name like "Shawn tall" lol) was very prompt with responding to and answering my questions in the comments section and maintained this level of customer service when I "slid into the DM's." I will be going there the beginning of February for the first time because of the customer service. This is where so mamy restauranteurs miss the mark leaving potential business left on read and comments unanswered. Instagram is an extention of your business that still requires customer service to be had. And from my research, it seems the food will be just as good as the customer service or better. I never leave online reviews, but Chantall and Berries n Cream Bakery went above and beyond for us. We got a vegan cake for a birthday event, and the ordering and delivery process and options were easy and perfect for the hectic schedule we had. We got a strawberry chamomile cake, and I unfortunately cannot provide a photo, but it was even more beautifully prepared in person than the photo on the website. And for as wonderfully decorated, it was doubly delicious (I am not vegan myself, and could not tell you any difference- rich yet delicate in all the best ways)!

And the absolute bow is, through my stressful week, Chantall herself personally delivered the cake along with her precious little helper. They both made sure I was hand delivered the package, along with smiles and a friendliness I could not have expected. An amazing experience throhgh and through, punctuated by a proud, bright and cheerful "Enjoy your cake!" ensured that I will absolutely think of Berries n Cream Bakery first for my very next order.
