Bojangles — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

NOBODY came to the counter to take my order. NOBODY acknowledged that I was waiting. I was COMPLETELY IGNORED The entire time I was in the restaurant. The only way I could get my food order was through making an online order. And even then NOBODY said sorry to me or thanked me for waiting or anything.

I came in a little after 6:30 pm on a weeknight. I eventually ordered my food online after 6:50 pm. I could tell they were busy through the drive-thru; however that does not excusive to be totally ignoring the people at the front counter. They don't have to drop everything just to take an order. But they should ACKNOWLEDGE the people waiting. They should have said something like, "We'll be with you shortly."

But no. The workers there on this particular evening were RUDE. They INFURIATED ME because NOBODY cared I was in the restaurant. They was a couple in front of me that ended up walking out. They shouted out to the workers to get their attention, but the workers ignored them, too.

I have been to this restaurant several times before at this time of day. I've had decent service then. This was in off day, but it is INEXCUSABLE. The rudeness by ignoring a customer is beyond unprofessional, and the workers that night should be...

I went there on my lunch break, and left without food and with a refund. Terrible service.

I work just 2 blocks away, so I thought it would be a nice quick lunch. I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. When I ordered, the person taking my order told the kitchen to drop fries. I go and sit with my co-worker. I hear again from the kitchen someone saying to drop fries. After 15 minutes, the person taking my order goes and drops fries because nobody had done so. An additional 15 minutes later, I still have no food. During this point, someone did check on myself and another customer that ordered fries. Then another worker brought the other guy his other food while he waited. Could they be bothered to let me have my sandwich in the meantime? I suppose not. 5 minutes before I have to be at work I go to get a refund. They tell me they have my food ready, but by this point, I wouldn’t even have time to eat it. This is absolutely ridiculous service and by FAR the worst service I have ever had at ANY restaurant.

This place is horrible first time I visited we sat in line for 90mins only to be told they didn’t have any wings on their second day opening. Then I asked what took so long for us to get to the window the girl said she was busy helping a coworker cause her machine was down. Food was horrible biscuits burned chicken has way too much flour with NO seasoning on it. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt went back like idiots. My order was incorrect the girl at the window had an attitude out of this world. The food was horrid. The Mac and cheese look like a big mushy mess didn’t even look like noodles looked more that mash. Per usual the chicken is nasty no seasoning tooooo much flour. My kids got the strips and they were super super small. I’ve visited bojangles other places and I know what it is supposed to taste like. I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE GO HERE AGAIN and we live 7 mins away. I will travel further to Popeyes . You’ll have way to many untrained employees.
