Subway — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

The food was fresh the cashier was friendly but I went out of my way to start the experience to be that way there was a older woman in there who seemed to be working very hard the whole time the short Indian woman doesn't even speak ask you what you want she just stands there and looks at you, question like what kind of bread what else what cheese etc no questions.i only have it two for freshness no subway anywhere beats the one on Trinity lane the owner and his wife a Indian man who speaks great English very talkative everyone we come in the door he goes out of his way to greet us even when he's I. The back doing something and sees that the other woman one his wife are assisting other customers.and there food is the freshest from anywhere great sandwiches and wraps all cookies always fresh and they have alot more of a selection than all the other a subways around.go there at least once a week if not then on the weekend me and my partner with service and quality like the one on trinityt Lane I don't mean...

I enjoy subway at least 1-3 times week, and have for 6 years, i frequently order for the whole family (which is usually a $40+ order) There is only one worker in the whole restaurant who is attitude free and pleasant 99.9% of the time, which shouldn't be the case if you work in any type of food service. I've pulled up ready to spend my money only to find a sign on the door stating "Cash Only" two weeks in a row. But the most common problem with this location is somehow, they are out of bread, most sauces, and vegetables!? if it happened less often, i might think it would be because they haven't gotten their shipments. But for it to happen so often leads me to feel it's because they are lazy and do not prep/restock what they need when they need it. So when it's around 5 p.m. to closing, don't expect them to have everything you have. You are better off going to the one in front of Rivergate Mall and Region's on...

I just want to shoutout a specific worker here named Candace. I had to put in a large catering order for work last minute hoping the workers could make it happen and not only did Candace come through - she came through all by herself. She put together 4+ catering boxes of subs and wraps for me all by herself in less than an hour and a half while still helping some of her regulars. I told her if she couldn’t it’s okay I’d figure something else out as I didn’t want to stress her out, but she insisted she could do it - and she definitely did.

I haven’t experienced service and dedication like that in such a long time. She really held that entire restaurant down by herself and did it while remaining so kind. Truly a gem of a person. She deserves all the raises and bonuses and more recognition than I alone could give her. THANK...
