Do not go here if you want to have a good day-This is the WORST Chipotle I've ever been to. The service is so terrible, the employees are extremely rude and lack workplace etiquette. This happened on multiple occasions, one time I entered the location by myself while my father waited for me in the car. There was this white old lady who was going to take my order, nothing was wrong with the food, but she was very rude and somewhat condescending towards me, before I could even finish saying what I wanted in the burrito, she started packing it away. But I decided not to bother. The next time I went there, I went there with my father, I saw the same white lady making someone else's burrito, she saw me, and then told something to the other female employee, then that female employee took my order, I couldn't hear what they said because they whispered, but I'm assuming she didn't want to take my order because of the previous incident, and because she saw my dad.
And now the most recent event, May 7th 2025, order number 4YS-4AJ. I ordered pickup, once we pulled over to the Chipotlane, we waited for them to open the window so I can say the order name, but got ignored. So I decided to wave so the lady can notice me, then she opened the window and did a hand gesture signaling "hurry up", this is extremely disrespectful, I am your customer, and I'm the one who was waiting for 5 minutes while getting ignored, she also gave me a disgusting look. My dad saw this and decided to confront them, so once another lady opened the window, my father asks her about the other woman's behavior, to that, she just shuts the drive thru window on us. Honestly, I tried to be nice and not cause any issues, but they chose to be rude to me for no reason, I gave them a chance, and they decided to be mean anyway, I've never seen such an unprofessional crew. I am extremely disappointed, and I hope that those employees will face consequences for treating their customers like garbage. We took action and my father called customer service to see if they can do something about this. I gave them no reason to act like this towards me, all I did was be respectful towards the employees, but I guess that wasn't reciprocated. Hopefully management looks into this (especially since we called customer service) because I've never felt this bullied at a Chipotle, like ma'am you are a grown woman bullying a teenager, have some shame, this isn't a little sandbox where you can do whatever you want without consequences, it's your workplace, so please treat it as such, and your customers with basic level decency...
Read moreHave been here three times now, all were worth a 1 star but I’m just going to talk about my 3rd and final visit here lol. To put into perspective, they weren’t busy in the slightest. I was one of 3 customers inside during the whole duration I was there.
So, few issues were as followed:
The people working there had ZERO people skills. No matter how many times I smiled and said yes ma’am and no ma’am, the girl working the counter WOULDNT EVEN LOOK AT ME! Lol. From the time I greeted her with a smile from the time I left she had the same grumpy/annoyed look on her face the entire time. She was actually rude enough to the people directly behind me that the people left the store!! Lol. The girl said something like “ok we’re just not gonna eat here if this is how you talk to your customers, your attitude towards us is ridiculous” and walked out. The girl working there responded with a sassy “ok, bye then.” I was shooketh!! I was left speechless at how no other employee in the store even bat an eye at what I’d just witnessed. Her attitude the whole time was absolutely unacceptable and if I were the owner of this chipotle I’d be furious at what I witnessed today. Zero excuses.
On 2 out of 3 of my visits (this one included) they were REALLY stingy with the ingredients when I ordered a bowl. If you’re like me, you’ve eaten enough Chipotle and Moes to know when you get a “good bowl” and a “stingy bowl”
They didn’t have any spoons, they only had 3 forks, and every single one of their 3 napkin dispensers were empty.
And finally, the place was absolutely filthy!! All the tables were dirty and the beverage area was as well. Very sticky.

Read moreMy family and I have been ordering from here since they opened (because it's the closest location to us) and somehow it gets incomprehensibly worse with each new visit. The chips are stale tasting and/or chewy every single time. They NEVER make or have the vinaigrette for salads and when you ask, they a) look at you like you have seven heads and b) flat out tell you "no, get outta here". The steak and chicken from this location are more like weird, inedible mystery meats than actual steak and chicken. The customer service is abysmal, bordering on the verge of criminal it's so bad (incredibly rude, 30+ minutes late on order pickup timelines, aggressive/hostile, etc.). Truly, anything that a fast casual restaurant could do to a deter patrons, this Chipotle does, continually upping the bar in providing the worst possible customer experience imaginable; seriously, it's almost like the team at this location sits around figuring out new/creative ways to let their customers down instead of learning how to cook edible food or provide even lukewarm customer service. After 20+ years of being a loyal, weekly customer at Chipotles all over America, I'm calling it quits due to the dozens upon dozens of truly horrendous encounters/experiences at this specific location. P.S. How does nobody at Chipotle corporate care that this location is being run this way? Look at the 100+ most recent reviews and it's one 1-star review after another...
