Checkers — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

Long story but I went to the checkers in Madison Tennessee on Gallatin pike. Came there after I placed an order at around 11:20 or so my name is roy. You can probably find it internally in the system. The older dude there said it wasn't in the system and then angrily shut the window and then locked it when I tried to show him the receipt. He saw the receipt looked at it and saw that it was legit and then still shut the door and locked it. I saw him walking out of the building with a bag of food right after that. Both employees were not opening the window and acting extremely dodgy and suspicious as well about it. After I drove away because they wouldn't answer the window anymore and I didn't want to get a trespassing charge or something like that of course my order was marked as completed. The guy clearly stole my order and tried to act like it hadn't gone through the system or something probably because it was the end of the night and he's still in orders that he doesn't think people are going to pick up. I'm a military veteran and I also used to work security at Target and caught internal thieves who stole from the store. So I know what one looks like. He ran into the wrong one today because he thought that I would not report this theft. Not only does he need to be fired but I need a refund. I've got proof of the sale both on my email account and on the app itself. There's also video evidence of the entire scenario on that stores cameras outside. be going to the store and contacting whoever I need to. This place needs to clean house. This Checkers is in a location at which you would think they would stay slammed, however they are generally not too packed and it's easy for everyone to get in and out fairly quick. My most recent experience at this location was ok, nothing great or wonderful to really boast about, but sufficient enough. I was a walk-up, and I only had to wait a short few minutes before I was greeted and had my order taken. The employee that took my order was nice and informative. She seemed to be very knowledgeable on the products she was selling. I had no trouble ordering at all. I waited only a short time to receive my food, and my order was made correctly, although the burger was thrown together in a big mess. My fries were unfortunately barely warm, really, they just short of being cold..... Which was a major let down, as they are always my favorite part of my Checkers meal, and ultimately my whole reason for going to get dinner there. I like Checkers food and thats not where my one star is directed. I'm referring to the Rivergate Pkwy location in Madison TN. The service was very suspect to say the least. Ok,my meal was 6.76, at the window all I had was a $50 bill. The employee said I can't break the 50 cause she didn't have the correct change and I said are you referring to the loose change part and she said no the big bill part cause people had wiped her out with $100 and $50 bills.So I told her I would be back, I left to get my $50 bill broke down. I came back with sort of correct change. Remember my meal being 6.76. I had $7 but I only had 61 cents in loose change. When I handed her the $7 she said I told you I didn't have change. So I could give her a tip of 25 cents or I said I have61 cents in change.She came back with thats not enough.
