McDonald's — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

This is the worst McDonald's that I have ever been to. I have said multiple times that I will never be back, but then I decide to give them a second chance but never again. At least 3 times they were only accepting cash, which is fine if anyone there could do simple math, and at least 50% of the time something is wrong with my order. Today was the final straw, I waited for 2 minutes before someone took my order, there wasn't anyone in front of me, then he asks "what do you want", no sorry for you wait, no welcome to McDonald's, just "what do you want". I order then I was told hold on, well I held for an additional 5 minutes, still nothing. I decided to pull up to the first window, thinking they must have received my order, but surprise waited and nobody showed up there. Gave up and went in to ask for the manager, who was also extremely rude. Told me she tried to say something but I must have left, well who wouldn't after almost 10 minutes. Don't waste your time, go anywhere but here. Save yourself the trouble, you may think it's convenient and quick, but your order will be wrong and they will take an eternity, totally...

I went thru the drive thru Sunday around 6pm . I ordered my food (29.32) for me and my kids . First the person at the window gave me my drinks and told me have a nice day ! I asked do I get my food he replied “oh yes sorry I’m sleepy!” Instructed me to pull to the second window . Gives me my bag with my food and walks away. I checked my bag and had NONE OF MY FRIES for my 3 meals . I continued to blow the horn for at least 5 minutes and nobody came back to the window . I got out of my car to go in (IN THE RAIN) and had to call the manager out to receive the rest of my food . I go home and give my kids their food and my son came and asked me why wasn’t his burger cooked !? Of course I got in my car and went all the way back to McDonald’s and showed them his burger !! It was actually STILL COLD AROUND THE EDGES! This restaurant needs to be shut down everytime i go it’s always problems ! So many people were coming in with complaints about their food being wrong ! The manager was so clueless...

Possibly the worst McDonalds I have been to. Couldn't hear the lady on intercom. Gave her my money. She disappears without a word for 5 min. Then a supervisor came with her to the register for another 10 min. Then they try to figure out my order without asking me... then open the window without a word! And gave me my change!!!! I said "thank you, sorry for the wait" she said nothing. Went to window 2... he was cutting up with the girls and cussing real loud. Then didnt know what I ordered. Then he asked. I told him and he said no. I told him again and he said "oh yeah, ok". Forgot to give me my drink. Then said "hey is this yours" gave me the drink that had melted ice from sitting for 15 min... then shut the window.... no thank you... I dont get it. If it werent for the other McDonalds on Long hollow pike being the worst McDanalds. Rivergate would be the winner of all time in the History of going to McDonalds for 45 years.... Avoid at all cost...
