This was the weirdest and most irritating experience ever, from the baristas to customer service online after. I went through the drive through and ordered cold brew & cream. The guy who took my ordered disappeared for a bit and another girl handed me a drink in silence through the window randomly. This obviously wasn’t my drink so I went back in to tell them and they were the only two people at the counter. I told her I was given the wrong drink and her only response was “DID YOU TAKE A SIP OUT OF IT?” Are you serious? Then the guy said to her “I guess we’ll have to remake it” -TALKING ABOUT THE PERSONS DRINK THEY GAVE ME- NOT MINE. I told them what I was supposed to have anyways and basically before I finished speaking he handed me a cup of warm coffee with ice in it. Obviously not cold crew and cream- not even enough time to have put cold brew in the cup (even if it had tasted like it or been the same temperature). When I tried to chat with customer service online, I was referred to a second chat and had to type out my issue all over again just to receive a bad attempt at pacification. The script the person or AI bot was reading was irrelevant and the chat/customer service was useless. I’m pretty annoyed about that but I’m more concerned with the fact the baristas would have reserved a drink to another person after I took it out of the store and into my car and didn’t care at all about having any customer service skills. Read moreI came through drive thru to get a brown sugar shaken Expresso and I had customized it, like you can do on the app, I couldn't order ahead bc their system was down, so I go through drive thru, the lady was rude, acted as if what I asked for was too much, I got my drink and noticed it didn't look like it normally does, I asked if it even had coffee in it bc it looked like just cream mixed with the syrup (which that's exactly what it was) she said yeah it has it in it, it just looks like that bc of all the sugar etc you wanted in it, being rude about it, I even tipped a few dollars bc I know my order was a lot, but drove off and tasted it, it was horrible, no coffee whatsoever!
So I'm assuming it pist them off of what I asked for and they just made my drink like that purposely! I will never go back to that location! I order that exact drink every day at the Green Hills location close to my job and they have never been rude or acted like it was too much, it always tastes on point! They gave us the drink with whip cream on top. We kindly told them it’s not supposed to be on there. They rolled their eyes and looked like we were bothering them. They took the drink back inside. We thought they were remaking it. Instead they gave us the same drink back after scrapping the whip cream off and leaving the drink and whip cream oozing down the side of the cup. They charge for the Carmel drizzle, while they took off the whip cream, they also took off the caramel and didn’t put any back on. We had to ask once again for the caramel drizzle, napkins and a straw. The lady treated us with attitude, condescending facial expressions and what was perceived as an inconvenience to her day.
