Would have been complete zeros, but in order to leave a review, you must include a rate. However ,at work working a long shift did a mobile order for delivery receive my order to find that the two different types of cookies ordered were all in one box which is strange, because I thought I was missing an item, contact the store to inform them that one of the coworkers here have allergies of an item that has been package with another item requested a refund and or replacement where I was than told NO ! Which was completely bizarre to me because they’re two different types of cookies and again and individual here has an allergy to the raspberries. Why would you put all the cookies in one box doesn’t makes sense at all. No wonder they have a three rating stay away from here if you are wanting to play Russian roulette...

I literally waited to order and receive my food for about 30 minutes. By the time I wanted to get out of line and go somewhere else, I had no time left (as I am in the middle of working and excepted it to be a 5 to 10 minite excursion).The associates were very nice, however, we kept getting told that it was their duty to do a large grub hub order in the middle of doing our orders. Honestly, the customers waiting in line (at least 10 to 15 of us) should have taken priority or the grub hub order should have been told that it would take longer. That or get more help to accommodate both. No one wants to wait at subway for 30 minutes...and trust me, I am not...

I'm gonna explain my 1 star. The food, cleanliness, and service (Theresa) get 5 stars. Ownership gets one and I'd give it none if that were an option. This poor lady works by herself, and also has people pulling up for curbside orders HONKING at her, and she's supposed to get them out in 3:00 max. I told her she could get hired anywhere and should lock the door and quit. PATHETIC to treat anyone, but especially a great employee like this. I've been a regular but I'm not going in anymore because I don't want to support greedy business owners. I'm sure they're the types who wonder why 'no one wants to...
