Shipley Do-Nuts — Restaurant in Nassau Bay

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the donuts from this location. I feel that the recipe used for the donuts at this location is not the same recipe used at pretty much every other Shipley's I've ever been to. And the donuts are way too sweet and way too flaky. Shipley's is known for their glazed donuts being non-flaky and a little bit thicker. The glaze donuts I got today were extremely squishy and way too flaky. Don’t waste your time & money.

Not one to leave negative reviews. As others have said donuts taste old, milk was 1 day from expiration. Not what we’ve come to expect & love about Shipleys. Big disappointment.

If you come into dining room they’ll make you stand & wait while drive through gets priority. Ordered 1/2 dozen, received 5 donuts in our box. Employee argued with my husband that we didn’t need another even though we paid for it. Cake donuts are the size of a mini doughnut. At 9am & trash was overflowing, store was very quiet can’t imagine it filled up since they opened. Probably didn’t get taken out the day before. Bathrooms closed/out of order. Couldn’t make...

I would love to leave a nice review (as most Shipley locations are amazing), however this is by far the worst location I have been to. Food was cold and even seemed stale. When asked for fresh glazed donuts, he said they could warm the ones he gave me up but they didn't have "fresh" ones. I arrived around 8:30 am, therefore fresh donuts should have been readily available. The kolaches were cold and the cheese inside was hard. I will not be going back, although by the way they run this place, it seems they really don't care for repeat business. Such a shame for the Shipley's name...
