KFC — Restaurant in National City

Went through drive-thru, we made the mistake of not checking the order. Part of our order was missing, but we were on the freeway already & couldn’t go back to claim it. I tried to call various times & no one answered the phone, I went the next day to tell them what happened & they thought I was making-up the story to get free food, I even showed them my phone with all the times I called & they still denied it. It wasn’t until I acted as if I was leaving that I discreetly called them; KFC. There phone rang & they weren’t answering, I walked up to the counter & told the Mgr that it was I (again) calling to prove my point.... As a PSA I would like to warn potential customers that, according to the young man at the drive-thru window at this establishment, online orders are not seen by the associates working at the store. They receive the order via phone (again, this is according to the associate). I was told this when I checked my order before leaving the store to ensure that unlike the last time, that my sauces would be correct. They were not! Even after telling the guy that I wanted 2 each of the Buffalo Ranch & Bbq, he still got it wrong! And, I had to remind them to provide the large mashed potatoes and gravy that I was charged for. Drive through recording of family deal, than a order taker, than a bargaining of a number meal, extra for a two piece meal chicken breast deal, than the price, drive employee tried to keep my change, apologized for the mistake, than hands me the order, two piece chicken breast meal with a new chicken sandwich no sauce. The packaging was very nice, the box, the little bag that the sandwich comes in, really nice packaging, but when I looked inside and started eating the breast was old and dry, the chicken sandwich breast was small old and dry, the biscuit was as hard as a rock and the soda was flat.
