Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Neenah

I did not want to leave a public review, however I left feedback using the link and I received no response. I placed an online order after leaving the gym, went to run a few errands and went to pick it up. I walked in and the gentleman working asks”are you here for a pickup?” I responded “yes, I am” he proceeds to make my order without confirming who I was. Hands me my order and when I looked in the bag it wasn’t what I ordered. I said something is missing. He responded in a short mean tone”well what might that be”. I was like idk I ordered three subs, there’s only two. I opened my app and realized that the payment didn’t process. I apologized and said. My payment didn’t process, I’ll just place my order now. He scoffs and yells at someone to grab the register. I ordered a tuna unwich, ceaser wrap, and ultimate Italian toasted. What I received was a tuna on bread, Italian unwich, and the ceaser wrap was correct. It was clear that the employee was new, he needed help with my order. Every time he would ask for help, he would yell at him, give sarcastic responses to his questions. He was slamming cooler doors and scoops while making my order. He also had a 6 inch long goatee and no beard net. 75 percent of my order was wrong, and the fact that no one has followed up to at least correct that shows...

I've been a huge fan and supporter of Jimmy John's for a long time. They have the absolute best sandwiches, and yes they make them freaking fast!! I get all of my tattoos done at Neenah Electric Tattoo, which is in the same complex. So, I started eating here right before my sessions. Yes, you're supposed to eat well before getting work done to prevent getting weak and light headed and possibly passing out, after hours of needle time. Anyway, I always order the J.J. Gargantuan. Best sub ever!!! 😋😁 Unfortunately, after my usual, I was still hungry. So, I went to the register and asked what else they had. They recommended their new Frenchie snack/ sub with kicking ranch dipping sauce. Absolutely wonderful!! If you haven't already done so, please try one!! Very delicious and a perfect snack for on the go, or as a follow-up if you're still hungry! Very cool new product guys 👍👌!! The staff here are always engaging and respectful and polite, too. Love eating here and will always visit before my tattoo sessions. Thanks...

Subs were delivered wrong. Called the store they wanted to send out new subs when we had already waited over an hour to get them. No time to wait for new ones. All we wanted was the money back that we spent on bacon we did not get. They told us the only way that would happen is if we can return the subs we bought. Because apparently I have 2.5 hours to waste on trying to get lunch. Will probably never order from them again. Lousy customer service. And to top it off both managers were on duty at the time that we called were apparently on break and unable to take a phone call to resolve this. Which furthermore put us into and even later lunch at this point I might as well delivered or subs for dinner. Very unsatisfied. This is the third time we’ve had a problem with them delivering our subs wrong. This is the first negative review that I posted because I figure everyone gets a second chance well three...
